You are too kind, thank you 💖. I honestly don't really work out like I used to- I don't have time in uni. But I frequently visit the pool and I have to walk EVERYWHERE to get to someplace on campus and I even walk to places off campus sometimes if it's not too far. I also eat mostly fruits/vegetables/grains- I don't eat a whole lot of animal products but I do enjoy a good burger from time to time :)

but please know that a lot of it also has to do with that my body is in the perfect pose to accentuate my good features- I most certainly do not look like this every day! Love your body every state it's in!
