Rare full body shot of myself. This is not a new years resolution. I've been going to the gym since like October. I haven't seen any improvement, so I kind of feel like I'm wasting my time. It improves my mental health, though, and I have great gym buddies. Goal is to drop 60lbs of fat and add 20 lbs of muscle. I've so far cut out 80% of my normal sugary drink consumption.
