With each trembling wounded breath the breathing gets easier And now I know I had to break into tiny sharded pieces To re build myself, with roots deeper, crawling higher and to flower brighter than before. In order To fill the cracks and grow between the lines you punctured and shook within me I had to feel each part of your soul splinter my veins, your existence within me no longer warming but hollowing, It's presence thawing my skin You were never ever my saviour or hope And I shall save myself Again and again From people like you And despite the bleeding it will cause my heart each time i save myself I will brighten I will glow And you will be left wondering as I tower above you
