Oh okay, he’s ignoring them now. Totally not infuriating at all; something Yuck could definitely use as an excuse to just STAB them and get it over with…but they’re also still curious about whatever it is that is somehow scarier than being pointed at with a sword.

And then he stops pacing around and just. Talks and talks and TALKS. So many terms are coming out of his mouth that Yuck has no knowledge of; Ventrexia? Lord Commander? Not to mention the threat of TOTAL ANNIHILATION all because of…him?

     “So you’re basically tellin’ me you come from outer space. And that some space warlord guy is chasin’ after you and that if you don’t get out of the planet he’s gonna kill us all.”

What a convenient excuse to let him go, isn’t it? Honestly, what would be the chances of Yuck encountering some kind of space fugitive who just NEEDS to get away the moment they corner him? It all smells of a LIE to them.

…On the other hand, it would explain his unusual weapon and clothing. And Yuck themself knows enough about putting up an act to know that this guy’s desperation is either a flawless act or the real thing. Besides, they’re too much effort on the details to be a simple act improvised on the spot.

Hm.

     “…Let’s say I believe you– which by the way, I DON’T.” Not yet, they add mentally at the end as they lower themselves back on the ground, sword still tightly held and blaster still levitating out of Lil’ Cato’s reach. “Let’s say the fate of the planet really IS in your hands; how exactly were you plannin’ on leavin’?”

         ears  flicker  in  attention  as  the  other  spoke ,  it  would  seem  they  were  slowly  starting  think  logically  and  may  even  be  willing  to  help  him  escape.  however ,  his  eyes  do  blink  at  his  blaster  for  but  a  moment ,  wondering  if  they’d  planned  KEEPING  it  for  the  rest  of  his  stay. 

          he  didn’t  like  the  idea  of  receiving  help  from  others ,  specially  ones  such  as  THIS  one  who  still  had  their  sword  pointed  menacingly  at  him.  but  like  always ,  he  has  to  work  with  the  hand  he’s  been  dealt.  he’ll  be  FINE.  though  that’s  not  an  excuse  for  him  to  let  his  guard  down  yet. 

          “    i  could  leave  one  of  two  ways        well  technically  i  have  a  ton  of  different  ideas  but  i  DOUBT  you’ll  like  any  of  them.    ”    his  main  being  the  one  where  he  builds  a  ship  of  his  own  and  leaves  this  planet  to  the  lord  commanders  DEMISE.    “    i  could  either  A.  build  myself  a  communication  device  strong  enough  to  send  my  dad  this  planet’s  coordinates.  or  B.  spend  time  trying  to  locate  the  lightfold  module.    ”

          frankly ,  both  ideas  were  bad  ones  but  it  was  the  best  he  had  pitched ;  there  was  only  a  59%  percent  chance  (ROUGHLY)  that  his  father  would  actually  receive  his  coordinates  and  show  up  on  time.  and  the  lightfold  module  would  take  AGES  to  locate  that  by  the  time  he  finds  it ,  lord  commander  and  his  fleet’ll  arrive.
