Contained below is a plain text of our guidelines!
1) Submissions can take any form: fan art, fanfiction, cosplay, video edits, crafts, graphics, etc. NSFW submissions are allowed, but please tag your content appropriately. Plagiarized submissions and submissions created with generative AI are not allowed.
• Please tag your SFW submissions on social media with #LRVashWeek2026 so that we can share your submissions to the week account.
• Please tag your NSFW submissions on social media with #NSFWLRVashWeek2026. Submissions will not be shared to the week account unless the creator has applied the appropriate content label.
• If hosting fanfiction or other submissions on AO3, please submit to the AO3 collection linked here: LRVashWeek2026. The collection is moderated, and submissions will be accepted as the mods have time to read through them.
2) Submissions must focus on the romantic relationship between Vash the Stampede and Livio the Double Fang and/or Razlo the Tri-Punisher of Death from the Trigun franchise. (Livio/Vash, Razlo/Vash, Livio/Vash and Razlo/Vash)
• Submissions may be set in any Trigun universe or in any alternate universes.
• Alongside Vash, you are welcome to include only Livio, only Razlo, or both characters in each of your submissions.
• Any sort of ship dynamics are welcome.
• Mentions of past relationships or background relationships are allowed, but the focus should be on Vash and his relationship with Livio and/or Razlo.
3) NSFW submissions are allowed, but as stated above, please tag and label your content appropriately. Otherwise, your submission will not be shared/promoted by the event organizers.
4) Submissions must be your own. No AI-generated or plagiarized submissions are allowed. Additionally, submissions should not contain character/ship bashing. Submissions that do not follow these guidelines will not be shared/promoted by the event organizers. Additionally, submissions of any rating or intensity are allowed, though there are some topics that the event organizers will not share or add to the AO3 collection. These topics include non-consensual explicit sexual content and explicit sexual content involving characters who are under the age of 18. Please respect that these restrictions are in place for the comfort of the event organizers.
5) Late submissions are allowed. We will keep the AO3 collection open for 3 months after the event ends. If there is deemed a need to keep the collection open for new submissions, we will act accordingly.
6) Promoting older works that were created before the event is allowed. The event accounts will share older works promoted with the event week hashtags, as long as the submission follows the event guidelines. However, we will not add any older works to the AO3 collection. Fics added to the collection should be new and created for the event. Older works may be added as collection bookmarks.
7) Prompts are for inspiration. You are not required to follow them, and they are not restricted to the day they are posted on. Feel free to mix prompts from different days, or to post on different days. Or, don’t use prompts at all!
8) Please be kind to one another. Harassment, drama, and discourse are strongly discouraged and will not be tolerated.
