Show the kindness to others that you wish they would show you

The times that you feel you need kindness and love more than anything is the time to show them to other: sometimes the seeds you plant don't always come back at harvest, but it's better to have tried than let yourself starve.

You are no one's "other half," you are your own full person. No one is going to love you as much as you can love yourself, if you only tried. Your self worth isn't dependent on others. Love yourself.

Do what gives you peace of mind. Declutter your photo gallery, your social medias, clean your room. Do it at your own pace. Create the calm you wish to see in your life.

Big butts are beautiful

Sometimes you have to let go of the things you're clutching to so tightly in order in to feel like yourself again. The people you surround yourself with won't always be there; you yourself are the constant. Love yourself.

People will want to help you. Do yourself a favor and let them.

Sometimes, you are alone. Even when it seems like no one else will tolerate you, remember that you're the only person that matters.

Maybe there's a reason to believe you'll be okay

Let yourself be loved. When they reach out, don't push them away. Let yourself be held and comforted and kissed and adored. Take the hand, take the help.
