BANG BANG BANG

It is late at night and you want to put yourself to sleep. You stare at your ceiling, lying on your bed with your earphones on, listening to every word of Minho’s rap. You cannot help but wonder what type of experiences made him write a song like this. Is it because of something that has happened or someone that he has met? You really love this song since it is filled with real emotions. A sudden movement on the other side of the bed made you jump. “Ahh!”  You screamed. You were surprised to see that you were not alone anymore; sitting on the other side of the bed was Choi Seungyun. He smiled at your reaction. “Ya! I’ve been for quite a while now, and yet you only notice me now?” He said. “Jagi!” A huge smile crossed your face. “I thought you’d be working late with the others. Finished early?” You asked. He tapped the spot beside him telling you to lay closer to him. “Not really. I can’t seem to find the right words for the song.. So I decided it is time for a break.” He said as he wraps his arm around your shoulder. “What were you doing anyway? You seemed so wrapped up a while ago.” He asked “Oh! Would you like to listen together?” You snapped up as you put an earphone into his ear and another to your own. “I was trying to put myself to sleep and then I came across this song by Minho..” You told him as you play the song from your phone. “… I was wondering what type of experiences would make someone write such song.” You added. He was staring at you while listening to the song when he suddenly removed the earphone from his ear and stand up. “Oh– Leaving already?” You asked trying to hide your disappointment. “I found the inspiration I needed.” He said not answering your question. “I see.. okay then..” You gave him a smile and looked away. You know he would stay if you told him to. But you would never want to hold him back from doing what he love. He lifted your face making you look at him. You were staring at him surprised as he leaned in to kiss you. It seems like it’s been a long time since you two were this close. The kiss was aggressive, from your lips he moved on to your neck down to your collarbone, leaving marks that were not there before. Seunghyun made sure you felt his warmth on your skin and that it stays there. You found yourselves both kneeling on the bed while your arms are wrapped around his neck. He puts his warm hands on your now-warm-cheeks making you lean closer. He started moving his hand around your body as you dig your fingers onto his back. You paused and pulled away making your eyes meet, bodies still wrapped together. “No other man is going to put ___-ah to sleep but me. Okay?” He said gently, as he continued the rest of your night.

You run along the corridor not wanting to miss anything. “___-ah! Please don’t run!” You hear staff call behind you. You look behind and bow apologetically and slow down into a walk. As soon as there was no one else except you left in the hallway you start running again. You cannot hold back the anticipation you felt anymore since you received the text message from Winner’s Seung yoon earlier this morning. He invited you to join them for a recording session and they wanted to know what you think of their new songs. You have always been a big fan of Winner, even when they were still Team A. You laughed and cried watching them in WIN TV. And now, you still cannot believe you are getting a chance to watch them record their new songs live. You smile to yourself as you think back. Your heart leapt as you see someone very familiar along the hallway. Your boyfriend stared at you wide eyed, as you run towards him. “___-ah? Why are you in such a hurry?” You gave him a big smile as you approach. “Jiyong-ah! Annyeong!” you slow down and greeted him with a bow and start running again. You have met Winner a few times in events but you never really get the chance to talk to them properly aside from small talks and a few “Hi” and “Hello”. You wouldn’t want to miss a moment from a possibly once in a lifetime opportunity. After another turn, you finally slowdown into a stop seeing the door of the recording studio and slowly knocked on the door trying to hide your excitement. The door slowly opened as if teasing you, making you anticipate more. Minho greeted you with a bow and a smile “Noona! Glad you made it.” You walk inside as each member of the group stands and greet you. “Thank you for inviting me. I am really stoked to hear your new songs.” You smiled at them trying to hide your effort of catching your breath from running. They all laughed indicating that you failed the attempt. “We are just waiting for a few more people –“ Seung yoon was cut when the doors opened. “–oh! just in time.. We were just waiting for Jiyong-hyung and Youngbae-hyung” he continued. You turn around to see the two by the door. “Oh ___-ah! I heard you seem to like Winner more than Bigbang now. I am jealous.” Youngbae said smiling. You feel the heat rise on your face. “N-no.. That’s not it. It’s the first time I am invited to a recording session.. So, I am really excited to be here.” You explained as Youngbae laughed. “Ya!” You scold him regaining your confidence. “I was just joking! No need to explain yourself.” He smiled and looked at Jiyong who does not seem to be in the same fun atmosphere everyone’s in. “Let’s begin.” He said in a neutral tone. Youngbae elbowed your arm lightly and moved his eyes to Jiyong, telling you something was wrong. You slowly approach Jiyong “It’s great to get a chance to see you work today Jiyong-ah” You told him but he did not respond, he was so absorbed with tinkering the control booth. You look back at Youngbae and shrugged. “It was actually Jiyong-hyung’s idea to invite you today. He said you’d love to hear the songs” Jin woo explained as they enter the recording booth. “Really?” You blink in surprise. He never really asked you to come to Bigbang’s recording sessions, so you thought he did not like you to be there when he’s working. “Ya! Kwon Jiyong!” You said which made him finally look at you. “What?” He said. “Thank you.” You said smiling at him. “Does it matter? You seem to love them more now.” He said going back to tinkering, this time, his laptop. This made you smile as you take a seat beside him. “Is Jiyong jealous?” You said in low voice only you two can hear. “No.” He responded without looking at you. You gave him a pout as you lean and put your arms on top of the table in front of you and rested your head on it “I don’t know why you’re acting like that. You were the one who didn’t want me to attend Bigbang’s recording sessions.” You muttered so low you didn’t even know if he heard it. He looked at you as you sulk beside him attempting to hide a smile. “Then from now on, you will attend every recording session of Bigbang.” He said. You stared back at him not knowing how to respond. After a while, he continued. “You will spend so much time with us.. With me.. You’ll forget other idols existed“ He whispered to your ear and smiled making you sit up straight as blood rushed to your cheeks.
