I think it’s time for me to come clean you guys.
I haven’t been on this account in weeks. I’m just... I’m not happy here anymore.
At first I thought it was because I wanted to branch off and do more. Not just Musicals (namely newsies), but other fandoms as well. And I see how well that backfired.
I’m not hapy here anymore because it feels like the only reason people follow me is because of my writing - 486 people and it takes me begging for even a single question.
I know how selfish that sounds. I know it doesn’t make me seem like the nice person everyone has made me out to be. But I can only be so nice before I break.
So I’ve moved, for now, to another account (no I won’t give out the name publicly, but if you squint hard enough, you might be able to find me). And I’ll be over there writing and making friends. To those of you I have given the account name to I ask that you tell no one.
I just want to be in a space where I feel included and that currently is not on this blog. I’m sorry.
This isn’t goodbye forever- or maybe it is. I’ll probably come back - or maybe I’ll forget. I dunno at this point.

i love experiencing how my classmates work to avoid misgendering me. for instance, today one classmate greeted the rest of our small group: “All right ladies and gentlemen — and Avery”
