Turns out wearing a mask made me feel incredibly claustrophobic. I was close to a panic attack at the supermarket.

Next up:

Shout out to the anti anxiety medication I started a month ago. Hooooooooooboy, it feels like the volume has been turned down on all those loud anxious feelings I've been having since the kid was born.

I also started running six weeks ago. The first day I had to lie in a field after doing 8x 1 minute running intervals with 90 seconds walking in between. I was dead! Yesterday I ran for 30 minutes continuously 👏👏👏

Got 2 of 3 marks for university back so far, credit and high distinction! Yaassss!

Uni has finished for the semester and I'm just enjoying taking time to slow down and see people I love. We are only having 1-3 new COVID19 cases per week in our state, and most of them have been people returning from overseas who are in quarantine. Community transmission is very low and thing are starting to open up again. It feels very weird.

Trying very hard not to get into a battle of the wills. Food is food, it's not power. It's my job to provide a yummy variety of healthy food regularly. It's his responsibility to eat it.
