Hello! I was asked by @transjohnnnny to set up a fundraiser to help them raise money to improve the conditions they're currently facing. John and Ciara live with 38 other LBGTQIA refugees and have been facing discrimination, threats of transphobic and homophobic violence; along with worsening conditions thanks to a lack of shelter, clean water and food. Please donate what you can and if you're not able too reblog! They desperately need the help, any money given to this campaign will be used to buy food, tents and other supplies. In the mean time, some waxing strips, hair care stuff including dye or quality cutting utensils and a bit money for ear piercings would honestly help me feel less dysphoric and more like myself.

I just think, don't I deserve to feel better? Don't I deserve to be who I want to be? Don't I deserve to be reparated for all the targeting misgendering harassment suicide messages death threats and pain? Don't I deserve to prove my old friends wrong? Don't I deserve to look in the mirror and feel happiness for once? I want facial hair removal... I want fun nails. To look down at my legs and my feet and not feel like a fucking monster. Not because I'm hairy or ugly but because I am scarred down there. I had old welts and scars from bruises, odd nails from a scary life long past.

I am tired of being half of myself and if I don't change what I see and feel soon, I might cancel all my plans at life and ruin my good work, in every single way there is to.

Even blaming the parents doesn’t give the full picture. The amount of time and care a child needs is incompatible with capitalism’s requirements of 40 hour a week labor. One or both parents are going to be overworked at home and at their job. This incentivizes more neglectful parenting styles.
