a chill sparks through his body , his grin only widening at jiseok’s words . “ go ahead , hit me . ” sungyeol snarks from where he stands , “ you think i’m pretty ? how sweet of you . i’m pushing your buttons ? that’s a shame , i hadn’t even started yet . ” 

“ i would refer to it as two butts . i can’t believe you’re placing disrespect on this . would i say that ? i’m not so sure . anyway , stop fighting me on this , you’re incorrect . ”

the story of just how dahye’s come to be here is a little bit convoluted, but in short: pickpocketing from a cheating loser so she can afford a christmas tree. it’s a long story that requires far longer than the 5 minutes she’s been awarded to steal from the greasy-faced twerp trying to play footsies with her make conversation with the charming gentleman in front of her. the speakers blare the annoying alarm, and for the first time that evening, dahye’s actually glad to hear it. with a smile, she waves goodbye to the guy who looks like he’s just lost a winning lottery ticket, slips his wallet into the waistband of her jeans, and seats herself in front of someone else. leaving now’d just attract suspicion, and for a fir, she can stomach a couple more of these men.

what she doesn’t expect, though, is the recognition. dahye shushes the guy in front of her, waving in a ‘keep quiet’ gesture. “it’s me?” she repeats.

squints. 

“do you know me from somewhere, oooooor…?” please don’t be someone she’s stolen from. please.

he’s cautious of how close hayoon’s getting to him , only meeting her for the first time recently , his hands clutching around his camera . “ you’re pretty if you say you’re pretty . ” he agrees , noticing the feel of her hand resting on his . “ do you have anything to do today ? ” he asks shortly after , curious to see if she was going to be hanging around him for much longer . 

“ going somewhere so soon ? ” head tilting as the question left his lips , “ you’re not going to stay baby ? just as the conversation started getting interesting too . ” a pout formed on his lips as he stared at jiseok carefully .

“ you’re plenty sweet, too. you more than deserve it. ” haneul shakes their head, letting out a satisfied breath of air. as holly begins to argue her case, haneul whines, knowing they would eventually give in and let holly have her way. like always. “ you are very persuasive. unfairly so. ” their hands press to holly’s shoulders, leaning forward and kissing her lips. “ ramen and leftover rice it is. now kiss me ? ”

           a  smile  blooms  on  his  face  ,  rubbing  their  cheeks  together  while  watching  the  screen.  ‘’  does  it  though  ?  it’s  just  a  picture.  now  if  that  were  a  picture  of  me  …  ’’

             ‘’  you’re  telling  me  it’s  not  flirting  what  you’ve  been  doing  with  …  them  ?  ’’  yejun  raises  an  eyebrow  ,  rather  astonished  due  to  the  fact  hakyeon  has  not  realized.  ‘’  please  ,  just  …  go.  ’’

     THEY  LAUGH  AT  HIS  DRAMATIC  actions  ,  not  falling  for  the  theatrics.     “     you’re  so  lame.     ”     izzy  stands  and  offers  graham  a  hand  to  pull  him  up  from  where  he  is.     “     i  literally  don’t  care  for  the  good  chocolate  or  the  off  brand  nestle  packets.  we  have  whipped  cream  and  marshmallows.  that’s  all  that  matters.     ”     that  and  you  ,  not  that  izzy  was  going  to  voice  that.  either  graham  knows  simply  though  diffusion  or  he  will  never  find  out.

“ are you surprised ? ” a lazy smile finds its way to their expression, stepping closer to holly and kissing her back, a soft, light brush of their lips against hers. “ if i kiss you some more, we’ll never get out of here. ” they release a soft chuckle, though make no movements to step out of her embrace.

auburn hues constantly find themselves flitting from her phone and back in a languid manner, mentally calculating how much longer she has to humor her friend by remaining at this rather pointless event. serena has half the nerve to walk out after the past three dates couldn’t charm their way out a paper box, but it’s the power of friendship and that encourages her to stay ( not really ) – that, and the eerie tinge of familiarity that strikes her whenever she settles infront of the next person ( more likely ). emotions are numb upon greetings, only giving a slight quirk of the corner or her lip as she mirrors his own “hi,” right back, but groomed eyebrows jerk upwards at the sudden exclamation, confusion etched upon her features both at the behavior as well as how mightly the feeling was growing, “it’s … me?” the girl questions, lightly pointing a finger at her chest before leaning in, “uh … have we really met before or is this a gateway to some crappy pick up line?”

“ you’re infuriating, you know that ? you’re just referring to the entire area, which is unfair . you have two butts if you look at them on their own . ”
