“That I am. It’s one of the many reasons why you love me.” Trevor chuckled lightly, holding her close to him even after she tugged the blanket up around them. Taking a moment, he listened to the quietness. “That it is.” He spoke softly. “No idea but I’m enjoying this time with you. I’m lucky that you came into my life.”

Louise smiled, shaking her head at him in amusement. “If you say so.” She teased gently, curling up to him. She was tired but she was also very content. Looking back up at him, she shook her head. “No.. really. I’m the lucky one.”

“I’d love to,” she replied with a sigh of relief. At least then she could figure out where she was and how to get home easier without asking her sister. “So much better than waiting for an ass who decided not to show up.”

Louise smiled, nodding. She didn’t think too much of it honestly, Clara didn’t seem too off to her right now. “Exactly! Forget them, they’re clearly mental.” She chuckled. “Now you get to hang out with your favourite sister.” Louise joked.

Trevor kissed her head lightly, with a smile on his lips as his arms went around her. “Oh, we most certainly can do that.” He picked her up gently and moved over to the couch. Setting her down before he sat down, his arms going around her again after he put the blanket around them.

Louise giggled when he picked her up, wrapping her arms round him as he took her to the couch. “You’re silly.” She chuckled, tugging the blanket up and snuggling into him. “Listen... it’s quiet.” Louise joked. “Wonder how long we’ll get this time.”

“Uh…yeah…” Clara lied, figuring that was a better way to explain this than having just blacked out for no sane reason, “But they never showed so I’m guessing I got stood up.”

Louise looked back at her sister for a moment and scrunched her nose. “Guess they’re an idiot then.” She smiled slightly. “Wanna come with me then?”

Clara kind of jumped when she heard her name, breathing a slight sigh of relief when she saw it was Louise. “Lou, what are you doing out here?” she asked, trying not to appear frazzled by the fact she had no idea where she was.

“Just doing a... quick run to the shop for some late night snacks...” She said, meaning the 24 hour supermarket nearby that she knew stocked the stuff she liked. “What about you? Are you meeting someone?”

“Should we make a pros and cons list? Might help.” Trevor wanted to help as much as possible. He didn’t like seeing her down. Holding her closer, he wanted to protect her from everything bad in this life. “She actually wants to have dinner with all of us.”
