Octopath traveler illustrations

Here are a series of illustrations designs that I created for a personal project of mine, were I wanted to use the main 8 characters of Octopath traveler and turn them into a game card style. For the backgrounds I choose certain colours that reflected the aesthetic of the places that the characters start off in within the game. I wanted to give them happy or determined expressions. I just got this idea weirdly while playing on Octopath 0 because I do enjoy this small series of games. I had fun developing these illustrations overall and I wasn’t sure wether to design similar illustrations based on Octopath Traveler 2 and Octopath Traveler 0 as well. Here are some illustrations I designed a few weeks ago based on the main leaders of Fire Emblem Three Houses. I wanted to close ups of the characters during the post time skip with the different routes for both Byleth’s. Thanks.

Here is an illustration I developed a few weeks ago based on the three characters Roland, Frederica and Serenoa from Triangle Strategy. I wanted to create an image that reflects the conflicts between each of the characters story and how they wear some kind of crown that shows this heavy burden and pain that they carry, on the left are the royalists pointing and blaming and on the right is the Roselle reaching for help. One is a broken crown, one is a stolen crown and the other is a painful iron crown.

I really enjoyed the chapters and pathways that the game has, and how the themes are very important and impactful to understand and listen to. This quote at the top is what I found on the wiki page for Triangle Strategy. This is what Serenoa says to Idore in the golden route in the final chapter: For Norzelia. I just liked it so I wanted to borrow it for this. Thanks.

Here are the last pages of the Zelda comic that I wanted to develop based on the character of Princess Zelda throughout the series. I had a really good time creating all of these pages despite the time it took me to create them. I hope you enjoy the pages. Thanks again. 👍

Here is the second part of the comic I created based on the character princess Zelda and how she is always comes across as guilty through out the series, in which I thought that this song really encapsulates the idea that she herself shouldn’t feel like this at all. Here are some illustrations that I have been developing for ages, I wanted to create a comic based on the character Princess Zelda using a pop song that I like to listen to that I think relates to the character at times during the series. While playing some of the games I noticed some scenes where Princess Zelda would feel apologetic and downhearted towards the player and so, those scenes made me think of this song and how as a character Princess Zelda seems to blame herself in these moments and how she shouldn’t be that state of mind. Like how some people can feel this way too. It took me a while to finish off the images they aren’t perfect but I had fun creating them there are four parts to these because I have to brake it down since I made lots of pages. Thanks. 👍
