The little pieces, the background, the overlooked, the under appreciated -

But that still wouldn’t do.

It’d have to be on vinyl, a record that only plays in the right groove.

Starting low & slow with a steady grow

Into a melody that can only be described as magical

Maybe mystical, a little cynical but cute & lyrical

The kind of song that brings a smile no matter the situation.

Perhaps they are a bit too much,

Not likely to fit nicely within your clutch.

Schemes or Dreams - whichever it seems -

Roaming wild with the wind, carelessly free.

Among the wildflowers, chasing the stars.

Constellations

Hot like the sun

Admirable like the moon
