I'm a lot cooler in theory than in practice.

So while browsing for Game Cube exclusive games, I learned that there was apparently a Sega AM2 sport game exclusive really early on in the library (2002), and it’s meant to be this women-only volley Virtua series spin-off called Beach Spikers. So of course I was just expecting it to be early Y2K fan-service bullshit BUT…. It seems as if it was meant to be that way but due to like how they make the girls act it doesn’t come off as sexual or anything, just… Gay? Like there’s no specific male gaze or sexy posing, it’s just them saying to each other “if you need me i’m here” during game intervals (doing so increases your team work meter by praising each other) and hugging.
