Weary

The world has changed so much in the last few weeks, this epidemic was an unpleasant surprise for all of us. Like many I can’t go to work, my college classes have only resumed this week, after an extended spring break, and are all online. My little sister, our exchange student for the year, was sent back to Spain with only 24 hours notice before her flight. The house is so much quieter in her absence, even with us all at home.

Fortunately, being in the country means I have an extensive forest behind my house, and can still get outside and breathe without fear.

Last week was my birthday and I had a very lovely day that I spent with Jackie and my mom. As my birthday is in January, there’s so often frost on my birthday, which I love, but this year it’s so warm that it’s all rain but these golden brown colours are pretty hard to resist as well :’) I haven’t worn loli for so long but when I finally do it always feels like coming home. It feels so peak me.
