HI, Im Benjamin Weaver.And im a Writer/Actor/Director.Everyone is meant to do something and for me its the freedom allowed in film.I love the power of them.They can teach small children about death in a way parents may have a tough time explaining.Our historical past, Our future,Philosophy, Civil rights.Man is naturally a curious species and film helps to have us queston new technology,See whats scientifically possible but not Physically possible yet.As well as future and current social issues.This is why I am an Actor.And I made a promise to a friend.That I would never give up on it.Hes not around anymore.So its up to me.The pressure is the fuel to the fire.So now I have been in 4 films. Nothing like death to make you want to live. “Spring breakers”,“Chu and Blossom”, “Dolphin tale 2”,And most recent “Infiltrator”. Where i was lucky enough to work with: Selena Gomez,Vanessa Hudgens(High School Musical),Ashley Benson(Pretty Little Liars) and Writer/Director Harmony Korine.(Writer of Kids) On “Chu and Blossom” I worked with Chris Marquette(Fanboys) and Melanie Lynsky(Perks of being a Wallflower) as well as Caitlin Stacy.(Reign)Charles Chu and Ryan Onan. On Dolphin Tale 2 I worked with Morgan Freeman,(Shawshank Redemption)Harry Connick Jr(American Idol) Ashley Judd(Double Jeopardy,A Time to Kill) and the legendary Kris Kristofferson(Blade) And now, I just got to be in Infiltrator.The new Bryan Cranston(Breaking Bad) Pablo Escobar film.Where I met a hero Actor of mine John Leguizamo (Freak, Spawn, The Pest)who asked me if I was an actor and wished me good luck.
