So…what if he was one of the children Dottore experimented on? Cause we see similar fire from Collei in her backstory

you know, those specific hands that he's shown with... i think the only time we've seen them is Rerir's abilities

(and as a side note, they don't really cradle people... they attack...)

so it inevitably makes one think of a connection between them

this makes me think, that Rerir is the one cradling Lohen, reaching for him and pulling him... of course, that's impossible because he's kind of stuck in the portal and has given up anyway

so (unless it's an abyssal copy of 'Rerir'), it's a more symbolic tone. the Wild Hunt wants to corrupt him, yes, but if we're specifically thinking Rerir, who was the leader and creator of the Wild Hunt, it's probably not looking to turn him into Wilderness Exile #9963...

and the only important role in it we've seen from the Wild Hunt is like. the 'leaders' of sorts. which Rerir was, also Rotwang on his own side, and 'Roland' who was a placeholder, while everyone else is a plain old zombie. could he be meant to have an important role in the Wild Hunt, like becoming a sort of leader figure on it, or 'new Rerir'?

there is another him, offering him Abyssal power, that he doesn't seem to want. and last time we've dealt with the Wild Hunt - in Varka's SQ, Mondstadt - it was looking for a new leader, by using an abyssal copy to corrupt someone he's linked to... it may be too early to say this:

Varka: Well, with the shadow of Roland vanquished, the Wild Hunt won't be able to consolidate their forces for the foreseeable future. - Lonely Warrior

but how long is the foreseeable future? he didn't say it was gone for good or would never be a threat again... but it's only been less than 3 months ago... unless he miscalculated the amount of time?

and also,

Lohen specifically being separated from the rest of the group, on the same side as the Wild Hunt, and under the darker sky...

reckless but seems very caring and nice? and tries to help mika the best he can? and even jokes around with him?

vs how ekbert (a npc in the favonius keep) talks about him:

cold and scary. poor ekbert really seems scared of him...
