FEEDBACK FOR CYBIRD
Ahhhh, my fatigue aside...let's get down to it. Cybird doesn't seem to look through their social media and uses social media to make announcements. As stated in their previous posts for customer service and feedback they won't reply to feedback unless it's through the right channels. Thus, please send them feedback about their games about your experience. So they may realize, what we are satisfied with and what we are unsatisfied with. The following points are just my opinion and feedback. I’m sharing it in hopes that others are also thinking about the Cybird games they’re playing and provide feedback for Cybird so they may improve their games!
Ways to send Cybird Feedback:
In-game tickets: To send an in-game ticket go to Menu > Settings/Help > Customer Service
Email: Please refer to Cybird’s customer service post (LINK) for links to the specific game you play or go into the app store and look under information or additional information for their support email.
Review the game in the app store.
Here are some points for Ikémen Sengoku (Only Cybird game I play):
Events haven't been as stacked, which (in my opinion) is helpful for a player who wants to spend in events or limited in spending.
Events are as usual not accessible to free players as well as veteran players. This discourages new players and are not as appealing for players to continue to play which also includes the veteran players.
Announcements for events are quite rushed, it doesn't give players time to prepare.
Notifications about lucky times have been popping up an hour to several hours after lucky time ends. This defeats the purpose of notifications.
Shifting schedules of lucky times could be a possible testing of schedules for international players is very thoughtful. Although, the fact that still remains is the impossible event requirements for their items that would force players to play during ungodly hours of the day due to the lucky time schedule.
Please state the time zone in the lucky times. The time zones aren't always clear and confuses players.
I noticed the inclusion of Shingen, Mitsunari, Sasuke, Motonari, Kennyo, Hideyoshi, Ranmaru, Yoshimoto and Yukimura in recent events! Which is an improvement from none to rare.
There are still quiet a few bugs and mistakes in the event stories, voiceclips and announcements. i.e. For one of the event voice clips Hideyoshi's voice clip was replaced by Masamune's voice clip. Or even the recent mistake of announcing Kennyo's route.
A thank you for at least acknowledging the mistake and making an announcement about it.
Also, thank you for being transparent about the 2020 ranking for the Sengoku Showdown rewards and fulfilling them as planned this year!
Can we get an update for the past ranking event rewards? Will we ever be receiving them? If not, please let us know so we don’t keep having the expectation that those promises will be fulfilled.
Spelling, grammar and punctuation still need improvement. There are still errors within each new story that is released as well as past stories.
I noticed there is some announcements on twitter of events happening in game that are not announced anywhere else. (I’m refering to the holiday greetings, it could have been done a bit better...maybe giving a hint to the other social media platforms about special announcements happening ONLY on twitter would have been helpful to the players who don’t follow Cybird on twitter so they don’t miss out on content.)
Also on twitter, I noticed events about giveaways! Yes for more engagement and incentives to check social media pages or engage in some way with Cybird.
Again, I will like to reiterate, these are my thoughts and feedback I will be sending to Cybird in an email. Hoping they take the feedback from me and other players into consideration while also encouraging others to do the same. This is not a list to attack them or the Cybird community, just a reminder for the community to send feedback that might help Cybird. Please be considerate and respectful in any correspondence with Cybird or anyone in their games’ communities.
Please consider reblogging this post or encouraging players in Cybird communities to send in feedback. Thank you!
Stay safe, wear a mask, practice social distancing, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and have a happy (and healthy) new year!
