THẬT RA MÌNH LÀ MỘT NGƯỜI RẤT LƯỜI BIẾNG; lại thiếu nghị lực, không có ước mơ hoài bão, không có tài năng cũng chẳng có năng khiếu gì cả, sở thích cũng không nhất định, mỗi thứ chỉ có một chút ít mà thôi, còn có thể xem là người tuỳ hứng. Ai đó từng hỏi mình, ưu điểm và khuyết điểm của mình là gì? Nếu là khuyết điểm, thì mình có thể kể ra rất nhiều, còn ưu điểm, thì mình chỉ có thể đặt một dấu “chấm hỏi” mà thôi.

Nếu là thứ mình thích, mình nhất định sẽ kiên định đến cùng, nhưng chỉ cần mình không còn hứng thú, thì mình sẽ thẳng tay vất đi, chẳng còn quan tâm đến nữa.

Mình còn là một người ghét những chuyện phiền phức, nên trong một vài trường hợp, khi mãi không giải quyết được, mình sẽ chấp nhận im lặng, lười biếng tranh cãi và mặc kệ cho người khác muốn làm gì thì làm, miễn sao không ảnh hưởng xấu đến mình là được.

Có thể là do thói xấu lười biếng nên đối với vạn vật trong thế giới này, mình đều khá là hờ hững và vô tâm. Từ người thân, đến bạn bè, từ người xa lạ đến người quen, mình đều như thế cả. Mình cảm thấy rằng, việc bày tỏ cảm xúc với người khác là điều thực sự cực kỳ cực kỳ khó khăn. Nên mình chỉ thích im lặng quan sát xung quanh.

Mình là một người thích nghe hơn là thích nói, mình có thể khuyên người khác 7749 điều lạc quan, tích cực và vui tươi trong cuộc sống nhưng mình lại là người luôn sống trong sự bi quan.

Mình thích nghe mọi người tâm sự nhưng mình lại ngại nói ra muộn phiền trong lòng với người khác. Khi tâm trạng mình đang không tốt, mình chỉ muốn ở một mình và không hề muốn đề cập đến vấn đề đó. Chỉ khi giải quyết xong, nếu thích mình sẽ vui vẻ kể cho nghe.

Mình cũng thích tự giải quyết vấn đề của bản thân hơn là đi nhờ người khác, bởi vì bản thân cũng tự hiểu rằng, chuyện của mình thì chẳng ai có thể giúp được. Chi bằng cứ tự giải quyết còn hơn là đi làm phiền đến người khác, kẻo lại ảnh hưởng đến cảm xúc của họ.

Nhiều người bảo là: Thỉnh thoảng chán Dưa ghê. Ừ thì mình cũng chán mình lắm, huống chi là bạn!

Có những lúc bạn chẳng biết phải làm sao với cuộc đời mình, nhưng ai cũng có những lúc như vậy cả thôi… Và bạn không một mình !

There can be quite a bit of confusion when it comes to using 냄새 or 향기. I think if you look both of them up, they will probably come back as “smell” (the noun). But there’s a couple different uses for both

냄새

Usually this is used in bad cases, but there are obviously exceptions

술 - alcohol

음식 - food

발 - feet

겨드랑이 - armpit

풀 - grass/glue

똥 - poo

가솔린 - gasoline

커피 - coffee (can be used with either)

향기

Usually this is used more positively and can translate more to aroma/fragrance. Sometimes you will see it written as 향.

비누 - soap

꽃 - flowers

로션 - lotion

샴푸 - shampoo

커피 - coffee

Sample Sentences

우리가 클럽을 떠난 후에 철수는 술 냄새 났어. After we left the club, Cheolsu smelled like alcohol.

한강은 봄에 꽃 향기 나요. The Han River smells like flowers in the spring.

네가 냄새나서 좀 싰어라! Go shower cause you stink!

난 일어나자마자 커피 향 맡았다. I smelled coffee as soon as I got up.

어 빵 냄새… 먹고 싶다…! I smell bread… I want some!

Bonus Phrases

향이 강하다 | to smell strong

향이 약하다 | to smell weak

냄새 좋다 | to smell good

냄새 빠지다 | for a smell to go away

짙은 향이 | strong/heavy smell

냄새 고약하다 | to smell foul

악취 나다 | to stench (악취 by itself is a stench)

배- pear, stomach, ship

밤- night, chestnut

사과- apple, apology

눈- eye, snow

간- liver, how something tastes

다리- leg, bridge

차- car, tea

상- table, award

빨다- to wash, to suck

시내- city, river side

쓰다- to write, to use

걸다- to hang, to call (on the phone)

켜다- to turn on, to play an instrument

바르다- to apply, well behaving

절- formal bow, temple

김- seaweed, steam

성- castle, surname

공- ball, to do something amazing

So I am a little on the older side and I can’t keep up with the youths fully, but here are some slang terms you will 100% read/hear at some point.

DISCLAIMER: a lot of these are technically swears or swear-like (like af/effing) so like plz don’t use these with people you aren’t close to

개

This is probably one of the most common ones. Literally just plop this in front of literally any word to mean something along the lines of “d*mn x/f*cking x”

개행복 - happy af

개소리 - bull💩

개뿔 - ridiculous/🐂💩

개슬퍼 - f*cking sad

개재미 - funny af

존나

Similar to 개, except it can be seen as more vulgar as it comes from a word similar to d*ck. Although I know some kids that had no idea where it came from.

존, 졸, 졸라, and 조나 are all other spellings/pronunciations of it

존맛 - effing good

존잼 - funny af

존나 웃겨 - funny af

존잘생 - fine af

존나게 놀아 - play fun? Idk this doesn’t translate well. Use like yolo or it’s lit I guess?

Actually not a swear. Short for 너무 use like you would for 너무

Literally style and point but Koreanized for different meanings. I don’t hear English speakers use my style that often. Point is like the focal point. “The point of the pizza is the cheese” would be a direct translation of the beginning of an argument I had yesterday. Meaning the point is the best part
