ok this motivated me 1000%

so this is really just a vent bc i don’t have anyone to actually talk to about this but i need to say it all. i was having a conversation w my conservative parents tn about politics so obviously lgbt rights came up. my sexuality is something that ive struggled w for years and it’s only gotten worse this past february due to an argument w my sister. so needless to say im not out to anyone (mainly bc im still so unsure) and can’t turn to my two friends in fear of it getting back to my family.

back to the conversation w my parents they made their stance on the lgbt community clear as they stated they don’t understand why someone would do that, “it doesn’t bother them” but they don’t want to see it. ive been trying to not bottle things up, hence this post but i feel as though im alone and i don’t know what to do or who to trust. i can’t even say im a member of the lgbt community bc ive never been in a relationship at all and my self-esteem has caused so many intimacy issues so i feel like i can’t even be honest w myself.

i just needed to put this somewhere and try to get it off my chest
