Looking For Lovely

I've been struggling with a really tough depressive episode. Like, physically I'm doing a bit better, with slightly more energy (meaning I don't feel like I need a nap every two hours), but mentally I'm having such a hard time and the scary dark cloud is. Just. Always. There. Some of the depression brain fog has been lifted with this medicine I'm taking. But instead of making things better, it's just made my inability to focus or carry a thought through to completion very prevalent. It's been sucking everything out of me. My creative mojo is gone. I can't handle dealing with my sewing machine, or music, or cooking or baking. Even my knitting, which is usually my escape, has been tedious and just made me more frustrated. I really miss the old me. I miss being happy and finding joy in things. Everything just feels kind of grey and fuzzy now.
