In July I decided that I wanted to start losing weight and getting healthy. I knew I had to make some changes in my life, and I did. I started running, doing cardio and yoga. I changed my eating habits and started to take care of myself. My journey is not complete, I know I still have a lot of work to do. But for now, I am so very happy and proud of the progress I have made. I started my journey at 180 pounds, and I have been officially under 150 for a couple weeks now. Any progress. No matter how small, is progress ❤

I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time. I feel like it's taken me a bit of time to get here, but I'm so happy that I am. I worked hard on me. Took care of myself, ate better, and found out who I really am as a singular human being. I'm pretty damn proud of myself right now. I'm proud to say that I love who I am. ❤
