You recently started working with Stuart at his comic book store. You have known Stuart for all your lives. You are basically siblings. You have liked going to comic book stores ever since you were little. You have just been fired from your job at a high school as a librarian and have been looking for a job. Stuart had offered you a job helping out with the comic book store and you couldn’t be happier. You needed money and you get to be surrounded by comic books what’s more to love! You have been working at the comic book store for about a few months now and you already knew the regulars. You are already friends with Leonard, Sheldon, Raj, and Howard. Well, maybe not Sheldon. You two are probably only mere acquaintances.
You are working at the comic book store when Leonard, Raj, Sheldon, and Howard walk in. You exchange greetings and continue to do your work. Leonard comes to you and asks how your day is going. “It’s going ok. I mean there have been a little more customers than usual. Maybe it’s that fact that I am the only girl here but who knows” You said jokingly. You and Leonard started laughing. You both stop laughing and start to look into each other eyes. You have developed a crush on Leonard since you met. He was kind and funny, and he loves comic books as much as you do. “Hey, I have something to ask you. I have been wanting to ask you this for a while now and you don’t have to say yes but um. I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me?” Leonard asks. You answered him with a very enthusiastic yes. “Oh great! Wow um ok well we can go for dinner on Friday? There is a fusion restaurant we can go to? That way we can have whatever we want or can eat and also get to know each other.” You laughed and say “ Sounds like a plan. Here is my number. Is 7 pm ok?” Leonard agrees and walks back to his friends. You couldn’t stop smiling for the rest of your shift.
