today i have learned it takes me 9 hours to draw 30 xeno's. useful information

gave myself the same amount of time to draw this which was about 1 hour 40 minutes hehee... i think ive definitely slowed down tbh

second attempt at this type of lighting cause this is what i was trying to do in the original drawing (and didnt quite achieve it)!

was thinking about how the second cour started and got sad so i drew this :]

with each non angst ship art i create, i slowly kill the part of me that cringes. eventually ill be able to draw people kissing for the first time ever but that time is not today

my two second ideas are that stanley is a plant born on a seeds ship and xeno is one of the passengers. they get to hang around with eachother for a bit before xeno gets put back in cryosleep and then they see eachother again after they both grow up and xeno becomes a scientist researching plants hehe

mostly just wanted to paint the flowers. heres a little timelapse of that:
