Some of you might know me, some of you may not. My name is Courtney and I recently went through horrible health issues which has had me out of work for almost three months. I had to have surgery to remove an ovarian/pelvic cyst the size of a melon(25cmx16cm). In the midst of my surgery, the surgeon discovered my right ovary had a contortion which we weren't sure how long it had been like that. It was dead and had to be removed. In my healing time of the past month I figured I'd be able to get back to work come July 20th. That's until I was told by the doctors who took biopsy of what was removed(mass/ovary). They let me know both had been cancerous. Also, I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis after ten years of being in so much pain. I will be having a hysterectomy as well as surgery to make sure my other organs haven't been affected by Endo/Cancer.
I live at home with my mom, I'm her caregiver and I do not drive. I can't tell you how stressed I am knowing I won't be able to go back to work as quickly as I wanted. My money has dwindled away and I am asking for any kind of help- whether it be a dollar or two. Even a share would be appreciated. Everything helps. Please hear my story and understand how bad I hate asking for help, but I have no other avenues to use. Thank you all. All the love ❤️
