i’m inventing a version of astrology for hockey teams (hockstrology) because i think someone’s nhl team tells me a lot about them but i also think geography informs the context of the message. so your sun team is the team you choose to root for, your moon team is the team that’s closest to you geographically, and your rising team is the team that’s closest to where you consider your hometown. if your big 3 is all the same, i feel like that has a particular vibe that wouldn’t necessarily be matched by someone that has the same sun but different moon/rising. you know? like a leafs sun leafs moon has a very different vibe than a leafs sun lightning moon. i’m a penguins sun leafs moon leafs rising. i think this tells you something about how i engage with hockey and it might not be flattering but it’s true. problems arise if you are not from north america but i’m still working out the kinks
