The people (person?) clutching their pearls at the idea of more than one ship week happening per year has clearly not read the ancient text. Back in my day we had one every few months. (I’ve seen other fandoms that still do.) No one owns fandom. We’re “allowed” to create whatever events we want to and if someone is “confused” by that then that’s on them.

hello! that is a power mac g4 tower. i think it's a really pretty pc too. even in my unedited footage and pics it glows so perfectly. i actually have @quicktimeeventfull to thank for identifying it! xie's meta post was a huge help for me as i knew i wanted to have the juxtaposition of L's computer and the death note integrated in my graphics.

thanks for making this event! i felt excluded from the other one because with alot of my writing, it turns into dead dove as i go no matter what i intend. this fandom has been putting up with rude, discouraging behaviour from popular fans for too long and i hope you arent getting too much harassment

lets all think for ourselves and wonder "is this really a big deal?"

hi anon!! i totally understand the sentiment. it's hard to find a space where all types of themes and art can be included. i figured if libraries and movie theaters and other fan events can do it, i can give it a try! there are great people in this fandom who make insanely good art and fic and contribute in so many cool ways. hopefully i see your fanwork in November too! don't feel excluded, my dms are always open to talk about lawlight. :)
