Lydia dragged Beetlejuice to the bar. The friends talked a lot. Lydia laughed a lot at BJ's foamy mustache.

It was an evening in the park. Lanterns glowed among the trees, and the moon had risen. Beetlejuice finally worked up the courage to ask Lydia for their first dance. They hadn't seen each other since Lydia moved away with her family. And now, all grown up, she had returned to visit her old childhood friend. That evening, it felt as though something quietly blossomed between them.
