I sometimes wonder if some body parts he has circulatory issues and why that’s why they have turned that color or is is just from lack of blood flow before they had blow flow returned as a permanent visual of decay.

I always assumed he had blue/pale fingers because he was assembled from different parts of people, so the sensitive parts of the human body (fingers, toes, possible appendages such as nose and ears) would be difficult to maintain blood flow.

Another thought I just had was the idea that he was crafted from soldiers who were out in the cold. Their limbs and body parts were probably already freezing, and just like the alive, human body out in the cold, your lower extremities (fingers, toes, etc) would begin to freeze/become numb first.

However, I also like the points you made too. Possibly the reasoning for his discolored fingers is just because there really isn't much blood flow there in the first place, like you said. Maybe when assembling him, there were some issues because in the scenes where Victor is assembling The Creature, we get a shot where he's testing the muscles and nerves of a hand and the hand, itself, doesn't appear to look like the finished result. Maybe that's why?

As for tingling, he probably has it. It would make sense if there is a lack of blood flow already in the fingers, and I wonder if he can even feel his pointerfinger in the first place with it being so blue and all🤔.

The thought of him having chronic nerve pain, though, makes my heart ache🥺. To think of all the pain and agony he could experience, and he probably assumes it's all normal, too!😭 Our poor baby deserves better than this😥

I’ve thought of those as too with the frozen limbs and solders, etc.

Just random thoughts and ideas for possible ways to write fica and such.

I started wondering after really looking at how his fingers moved along the book as he read after finding it in the debris.

Then led to me remembering the issues my late grandmother went through. She had to have surgery on her back when I was a young child and they messed it up and left her with nerve damage to one of her legs and she couldn’t feel it properly or use it properly anymore and it was pretty much numb but painful. I had to learn at an early age to keep things off the ground so she wouldn’t get hurt. She had to use a brace and a can or scooter after that to get around long distances. I’d have to support her, drop her off at the door or get a cart for her to brace herself when we went out. She had loved to dance before this.

Later in life she had to have another surgery in her neck and this was messed up as well and affect the same side but in her hand, some fingers no longer could feel properly. They’d go numb or be numb and made it hard for her to feel and use her hands for her art projects anymore.

She’d go from numb to in pain due to the damage done and I couldn’t help but think about that and have some thoughts and wonder about it.

It’s visual not the same, but made me wonder if he could have minor issues or adapted from waking to it all.

For her walk greatly changed to a limp. She had to lift and practically throw her leg to move. If she stepped on something she either felt nothing or pain. With her hand she would pinch the fingers together that went numb or squeeze her thumb as it was one that went numb.

When she wasn’t having too bad an issue she could use her hand pretty normal except for reading a long time holding a book or small detailed things cause she no longer could judge properly with touch or it became painful trying to do small detailed work.
