Covid cases are rising again. So fast! Hope everyone is in good condition. Just stay safe. For the millions of families who have experienced grief because they have lost their loved one/s, I hope you are okay there. :) Regards! :)

My biological mom has bipolar. A mental illness that makes her change her emotions, daily and nightly activities, and so on. It's one of the reasons why I am not allowed to be in her care. My siblings try very hard to protect me from getting my feelings hurt. I think what triggered this is her stress. My foster mother says that it may also be inherited. It was said that she signed a paper and regretted it. This paper was for a psychologist. She told others about it and she was encouraged to take an assessment. She took it and later got the results that she has bipolar. Usually at times, when my siblings can't handle her emotions, they would ask me to talk to her. We would talk about our day, plans, meals, and at the right time, I would ask about what or if there is something bothering her. I would ask her why, and all until she feels calm and confident about moving on and letting go. We'd do this like we're the psychologists. You can't heal a mental illness but control it. To help her, my family and I have to be there for her and let her know we are there. The thing I have noticed with my mom is that if you just talk to her without doing any action she can get mad. Also, almost a year ago, my oldest sister died. She has already lost one of my sisters so losing another daughter would have really hurt her. Sometimes you just have to let her do things her way when she can't control herself.
