I SOOO didn’t want to workout today. I legit almost cried i was so tired. But i PUSHED myself cause i like having my body the way it is MORE than i hate the exhaustion. I cut it off at 42 min which is significantly shorter than my usual 70 min but i don’t care. Im still proud. I did what my body felt UP to. I was really tired and this is what i could do. I think that’s a lot better than not going at all! I burned 372 calories! And it’s about the journey not each individual step. Today i did okay.... Saturday I’ll do even better! Workout done!! Felt sooo good to be back! I was terrified of the workout cause it’s been a bit since I’ve been at the gym but the FEAR was truly scarier than the actual workout! So so sad cause my trainer is gonna be gone for a MONTH to the Philippines so i gotta just maintain a routine on my own that isn’t usually as good as HIS workouts. I might try the alt guy in the meantime but i love my guy better. Disappointed and sad and scared but I’m gonna do the best i can and in a month he’ll be back. Glad to be back at it! My high intensity class kicked my ASSSS today but in a totally good way! I loved it! My “welcome back” workout was an obstacle course of sprints, back pedals, side shuffles, jumping over cones and boxes, long jumps and all of that was just in the first 10 min!!!
