- aerï€ was super easy. no fitting room counting and only like 2 workers there. also fun fact: their hard tags are so weak you can just rip them apart 🌚

- k€ndrä scōtț was an unplanned one but they literally had the exact necklace i wanted to get my mom for mother’s day and i was like sure why not. they are pretty high security with a lot of cameras and an open layout, as well as really naggy workers, but the jewelry is so small you can deadass just palm it and walk out

I lowk hate them with a passion but I wanted the new tomodachi life game so I persevered. For all the worrying I did it was very easy. Quick chat with customer support through their website and they processed my refūnd right away. I’ve had a fail with them in the past but you just have to make sure what you’re buying is sold and shipped by 🎯 and not a third party seller and it will go fine.

One of my first fails in a while and it lowk stung. Their cs is very prompt yet very useless. Literally all I ordered was 2 pillowcases thinking it would be a freebie and they tried telling me that “The package weighed the proper amount when it left the facility” They’re pillowcases in a plastic bag they literally weigh nothing like wtf are you talking about. Anyway they did give me like $20 back for some reason??? Idk. Really weird experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Failed like a day after the m@ddy park one I lowk just wanted to end it. Emailed their CS and they had 20 different people emailing me back and forth and then one finally said they would do an “internal investigation” waited like 5 days and asked them if anything had happened and they told me there’s nothing they can do. Also they don’t do returns. Literally the devil + their 🍃 is shit + i’m filing a chǎrgeback.

Ok so I really wanted this one fancy niche perfume I could only find on J0ma but I’ve heard mixed things about them so I decided to put this one perfume I l1ftéd on the line and say they sent me it instead of the one I ordered since they happened to be selling it on their website and they were the same weight. Was hoping they would just let me keep it but nope, they made me return it 😭😭😭 it’s fine tho I was trying to b00st it and it wasn’t selling. Anyway they got the return and r3funded me so ig it’s fine. Maybe I just need a sniff of my new fancy niche perfume to feel better. 🌚

Their CS is pretty annoying to deal with, you have to message some AI which then messages a person, who then takes like 3 days to finally email you. Once I got a hold of them CS was pretty helpful tho. At first they acted like they were gonna 1nvest but then didn’t and said they would do a resh1p as a one time accommodation. Made up some excuse as to why a resh1p wouldn’t work and asked for a r3fund, they said it’s not in their policy to r3fund but I could return the resh1p. A little extra hassle but I still got my money back so it’s fine.

I’ve done them 3 times in total. Same addy, same card info. It always goes smoothly as long as I delete my old account first. They have some kind of policy not to hold on to your data if you delete your acc. Anyway it was a pretty standard 🧬 waited like 5 days and messaged their CS on their website and got an ez r3fund.

I did them one time before this one with all different info and to a different addy. The first time they only offered reshïp but I decided this time I was going to push for a r3fund. I think their CS is my favorite, they assign you a personal customer support person who sends you an email as soon as you order anything. You just reply to their email if something’s wrong and they help you. Anyway I tried to get a r3fund from them and they tried really hard to push reshïp so then I asked if I could return the reshīp and then they just stopped messaging me and I was scared that I messed things up but turns out they were just getting clearance to bypass the rules and just r3fund me. So yeah they worked for r3fund but idk if I just got a good agent or what.

ok first of all i’m not about taking money from small business. etsẽe has a policy where they will refǔnd you if the order gets lost or never arrives or gets damaged by the carrier so the seller didn’t lose any money only etsêe themselves did. anyway it was really easy I just messaged the seller and they said they couldn’t do anything so I waited two days and messaged etsëe and got an automatic refund. no customer service involved or anything.

⏰shop - EB - $140 - success but complicated

omg this was the most agonizing 🧬 i’ve ever done. the seller processed the order through their website which made it impossible to get a refǔnd through the traditional method of just filing a claim with ⏰. i tried to message cs to get help but they said I would have to talk to the seller themselves to get a refũnd. the seller gives me a whole runaround saying “oh we already sent a refûnd it’s saying it sent on our side” when I can literally see my bank statements and it’s not there. anyway it was all a ploy to convince me to take a reshipment instead, which i ended up doing cos im just tired of dealing with them. hopefully I can just return my original items through ⏰ and not have to deal with the seller for that but idk. the complications are lowk my fault though cause I didn’t realize the shop only had like 100 orders 😭😭😭.

pretty easy. make sure to contact them through their customer support chat and not through email. they will not respond to emails. the first customer service agent i talked to said they would “investigate and send me a follow up email” but they never did and I think the agent was just being lazy cause the second agent I talked to just gave me an insta rëfund. also I bought the add on that lets you return items even if they are final sale and they refǔnded the price of that as well just incase anyone was curious.

I did do it all at one time. 🌚 I put all but one of the smaller boxes in this bag and carried the remaining one under my jacket.
