“I did one class, and the coach came up to my mom, and he goes, ‘Please don’t bring him back.’ Apparently I was so bad at focusing and paying attention, I was just all over the place… So, that was like a good indicator to my mom that, she was like, ‘Maybe he’s not gonna be a gymnast.’”

Jazmyn Foberg will be making her senior debut, plus, of course, Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman, Simone Biles, Madison Kocian and McKayla Skinner will be competing. No Maggie Nichols and Norah Flatley apparently scratched too. Bailie Key wasn’t listed on USA Gym’s official roster but Kim ZB said she’d be there, so we’ll see.
