Hi I saw your latest post, you seem to be going thru some though times. Are you ok? The person you vent to I'm sure would not think you are a burden. I also feel like one all the time, I get it. My bf never listens or is ever there for me

How do you tell them you’re sad again and you don’t know why? How do you explain that you want to vent everything to them but you’re tired of feeling like a burden? How do you explain that they have been the reason you’ve kept going but you feel like all you do is complain to them and that you’re never there for them. How do you explain the weight on your chest and that it won’t go away. How do you tell them that you’re depressed and you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel? How do you explain that you love them, and that you think you’re starting to fall in love with them but you feel as if you’ll never be enough for anyone. How do I tell them that I’m just tired and I would like to be eternally asleep?
