Fukuzawa lmao. He is like: spy is okay, we'll just arrest him.... Anything else is worthy of a bullet between the eyes. Don't even hesitate, just shoot the fucker where he stands.

I don't know, BEAST Chuuya reminds me of young Akutagawa with the whole how dare you speak to the Boss that way.

Chuuya meanwhile, absolutely clueless, looking around like: "wait a minute why am I suddenly friendless?"

Dazai just smiles and tells Chuuya: "Chibi is so scary, no one wants to be friends with such a violent little hat rack. Chuuya doesn't need friends anyway. He has me."

Chuuya considers the words and decides to be more approachable, less violent, less angry, which results in even more people flocking to him.

Dazai is fuming, trying his best to find ways to push people away, to keep Chuuya in a bubble but some of his newest friends are just as possessive as Dazai, in a platonic way, and absolutely not intimidated by him which makes them clash very often.

Chuuya is just happy he managed to keep a core group of friends.
