As much of a trigger as it is for me, I’m really thankful to see a character (Harvey in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”) live with an emotionally and physically abusive father but still remain a gentle, kind, affectionate, and understanding person. It gives me hope for who I can be. It reminds me that I’m more than my abuse, my fear, my pain. It makes me believe that I didn’t deserve the things that have been said and done to me.

Soooooo why doesn’t Salem talk? He is, you know, the main character of this show.
