I did it to myself anyway. I look at things I know will hurt me when I could choose to just not look at them.

Anyway, this is exactly what I wanted to talk to my therapist about yesterday but unfortunately she canceled due to a family emergency.

She's trying to reschedule me for Friday but I'm off work on Friday and her options are 11am telehealth or 4pm in office, where she would only be coming in office to accommodate me, which makes me feel like an inconvenience. I do not like telehealth for therapy because it feels impersonal for me, especially if I'm going to be talking about something deep that is very emotional for me, which this week I am.

So I haven't replied because I just feel stuck on what to do.

Well. The good news is I woke up feeling better (physically) today. No stomach issues, no dizziness, back pain is better since I finally got my medicine.
