I have a lot happening and I think I'm over exerting myself.

Work has become much more intense as they've stacked more and more shit onto my plate and I feel like I'm doing 17 things at once at all times. Things are becoming disorganized and I feel like I'm drowning.

I'm trying to keep up with all of this while also handling personal business with school, my doctor, my dentist, therapy. And then I'm being hit hard with nicotine withdrawals now.

I was doing my work and doing all this stuff and blasting music in my ear and then all the sudden I got really really dizzy. And then I felt like i was going to throw up or pass out. I forgot to eat so I shoved a protein bar down my throat but it still was happening, so then i made myself eat some fruit thing and a protein shake cuz I can't really sit and eat right now

I was doing some breathing exercises and shit at my desk and I felt like i was gonna have a panic attack.
