When she killed the hermit in the cabin not only did it impress tf out of Rick & I believe Daryl, she didn't do it because she was violent or heartless, she did it out of necessity. The cabin was loaded with walkers outside tryingto get in, he was creating havoc inside the cabin putting all of their lives in danger about to open the walkers inside, risking all of their lives. He clearly wasn't mentally stable either. Imo she put him out of his misery, saved all of their lives and proved herself to be beneficial to the group.

Exactly!! It’s not as though she walked in there and just killed him for no good reason. Like you said, they were all being put at risk and she did what she had to do.
