it’s less modjockey and just observation. They’ll give out stupid warnings like crazy, but they don’t really ban over nonsense. Serval didn’t get banned until they literally started repeatedly spouting nonsense about how they theorized Xylax was colorblind over a damn base after multiple years worth of warnings, they’ve only really chat banned a few of the highly homophobic/racist users. The only thing i’ve ever seen someone get instantly permabanned for was putting a racist phrase with the n word as the name of a trade, and that ban was fully justified.

it’s not modjockeying if it’s true. The warnings and all people get are stupid but i’ve only ever seen chat bans, suspensions, and especially perma bans be given out only when it’s reasonable. I could definitely see if some chat bans are ridiculous, I just don’t go into chat all that often, but perma bans specifically are usually pretty restricted to those who deserve it

I’ve never really understood the hate for chased ncls. If they were such an issue there’d be a free way to chase them without adding them into the pool that isn’t tied to personality
