We kissed for what felt like hours. But it was just minutes. Minutes of my life I would never forget.

When we stopped kissing again, we gave each other a long hug. I crawled against his side on the couch and he gave me a kiss on top of my head.

"I really like this." I said.

"I thought about this ever since I've met you." Aaron said.

"What are we going to do with us and the world outside?" I asked.

"Well I hope we can properly date right now and that we both know it's a date." He said laughing.

"Yes, I really want to go on dates with you! But can we wait with putting a label on it yet? I just want to enjoy us and dating and everything." I said honest.

"I'm okay with that! Let's just enjoy each other. Without labels or anyone knowing about it, just us." He said.

"How are you going to do that with Ricky and everyone in the cast? Does that mean I can't visit the show anymore?"

"For now I want it to be just us and you can still come to the show, we just have to be carefull with our movements there." Aaron laughed.

"So we are sneaking around backstage when I'm there? That's hot!" I said also lauging.

Aaron hugged me close.

We were quiet again for a while, just enjoying being together.

"Aaron?

"Yes Soph, what's wrong?"

"Do you have to go home tonight?" I asked.

"Do you want me to go home?"

"No! I really want you to stay here!"

"Then I'm staying Soph, I don't want to go home either. Miles is gonna be okay. But I have to get back home early tomorrow, to walk Miles and get my stuff to go to the theatre. It's a double show day tomorrow." Aaron said.

"Thank you Aaron. I don't mind waking up early as long as I can sleep in the same bed with you!"

He gave me a kiss and picked me up bridal style. He walked me to the bedroom and put me on the bed.

"I would love to sleep in the same bed again with you." He said.

And then he kissed me again.

After kissing we both got up from the bed. Aaron got in the shower again to wash off the show. While he showered I got my clothes off and put on my shorts and tanktop again.

When Aaron was done in the bathroom he laid down in my bed. I walked to the bathroom to go brush my teeth. While walking to the bathroom Aaron looked at me. "You are so beautiful!" He said. I blushed and walked in to the bathroom.

I scrubbed my make up off and brushed my teeth.

While walking to my bed I put off the lights and got into bed. Aaron laid on his back and I put my head on his chest. That felt so good! He wrapped his arms around me and we fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up in Aaron's arms. He was already awake and put little kisses on top of my head.

"Goodmorning beautiful!" He said softly.

"Goodmorning" I said.

"How did you sleep?" He asked.

"Amazing, you make me feel safe! And you?"

"I slept better than ever." He admitted.

We looked deep into each others eyes and then he kissed me.

"Soph, do you want to come with me to my apartment this morning? We can have breakfast on the way there and then we can walk Miles together. That way we can have some extra time today before I have to do two shows." He said.

"That's a great idea! I would love that very much!"

Before we both started the day we stayed in bed hugging, just enjoying the moment.

Then I got out of bed and took a shower. Did my make up and got dressed. When I came out of the bathroom Aaron was already dressed.

"You look amazing!" He said the moment he saw me.

I blushed and said "Thank you."

"So I figured, because we get breakfast on the way, we could also get coffee on the way. Hope you don't mind that?"

"No problem." I said.

I took my bag, phone and keys and we left my apartment. We walked into the nearest Starbucks to get breakfast and coffee to go.

"Caramel Machiatto and a cinamon roll?" Aaron asked smirking.

"Yes please!" I responded.

When Aaron had picked up our order we walked to Aaron's apartment.

I was getting nervous with every step we got closer. On the way there I thought about how I had not seen his apartment yet.

Aaron saw that I was getting nervous and he took my hand to comfort me. "Don't be nervous, it's gonna be okay." He whispered.

Then we arrived at his apartment. We took the elevator to the 6th floor.

Going inside his apartment I was blown away. It was a little bigger than mine. But it was beautiful and tidy for a man who lived on his own.

I was just taking in the apartment when Miles came running at me.

"Hey buddy, how are you? Are you a good boy?"

"You know he can't talk right?" Aaron joked.

"Ugh Aaron you're such a jerk!" I joked back.

I sat down on the couch in Aaron's living room, while he packed his stuff for a two show day.

I cuddled with Miles because he was continiously asking for attention.

"He likes you!" Aaron said walking into the livingroom again.

I looked at Aaron again.

"And I must say that he is right. He has a good taste." Aaron said lauging.

I blushed and looked at Aaron.

"What?"

"I'm not used to getting a lot of compliments." I responded.

"You can get used to it now, because I like to give you compliments. They make you blush and you're cute when you blush." Aaron said.

"So are you ready to walk Miles?" Aaron asked while getting Miles' leash.

AARON POV:

I was heading into the theatre to do yet another show. This morning was the last time I saw Sophie. We texted a little, but that was everything. I couldn't help but miss her. It was stupid, we had known each other for a few days, but she was amazing, I felt comfortable and myself with her. It was not like any other relationship I've had.

Last evening when we slept together, not intentionally but still. I slept the best I did in weeks, maybe even months. We fell asleep hugging and it was the best thing. But we hadn't talked about it yet. I had said that I like her, but boy if she knew how I really felt about her.

In my mind I was also still thinking about our kiss and how it felt real. Not like a stage kiss, I didn't mean it to be a stage kiss.

I was lost in thoughts when Ricky knocked on my dressingroom door.

"Hey man, how was walking Sophie home yesterday?" He asked.

"It was amazing! She's so sweet and invited me in for a drink." I said casually.

"That's it? You brought her home and then got a drink? Why don't I believe you man."

"What's going on?" Ashley asked who was now passing Aaron's dressingroom and overheard the story.

"I don't believe that Aaron just brought Sophie home yesterday and the only thing they did was have a drink." Ricky said.

"Oh I don't believe that either." Ashley said now looking at me.

I blushed and tried to look away, because I didn't want to tell them everything.

"Your blushing, now tell us what really happened." Ashley said.

"You guys really want to know?" I asked.

They both nodded yes.

So I told Ricky and Ashley the whole story. About watching tv and her asking me to stay over. How I was gonna sleep on the couch. But then we both felt lonely and fell asleep hugging each other in her bed.

Ashley and Ricky looked at me with wide open eyes.

"You guys really do like each other! Did you talk about what happened with her? About your feelings?" Ashley asked.

I told her we didn't and that I was scared she didn't feel the same way as I did.

"That's ridiculous mate, she just as crazy about you." Ricky said sure of himself.

"Why don't you go to her apartment again tonight after the show? Tell her how you really feel?" Ashely suggested.

"I have to think about that." I responded.

Ricky and Ashley knew I was right and that I needed some time to think. So they left my dressingroom to get ready for the show.

I also got myself ready for the show. I got dressed, did my stage make up and decided to post a picture of it in my Instagram stories.

Not many minutes later I got the notification that Sophie had liked my Instagram story. I blushed and smiled at the same time.

The first act went by pretty quick. It was a friday night so the audience was wild! There was a good energy.

During intermission I just chilled a little bit in my dressingroom and scrolled through Instagram. There was nothing special to see.

I still thought about what Ricky and Ashley had said about visiting Sophie tonight and I decided to do it. The worst thing that could happen, was that she would say she didn't have the same feelings.

I decided that I would text her after the show to see if she was still awake.

The second act also went by very quickly. I couldn't help but thinking of Sophie during 'Come what may'. I kinda saw it as our song now, because of how we had sang together.

In my dressingroom I removed my make up and dressed myself in my everyday clothes. I texted Sophie to see if she was awake and then I headed out for stagedoor.

Outside were many girls waiting. So I started at the beginning of the line signing all the playbills. 15 minutes later I was done and all the fans left stagedoor. I checked my phone to see if Sophie texted me back yet. But she hadn't. I decided to text her again. Actually I texted her twice. After a while I still hadn't had a response.

I knew that if I would go home I would feel sad, so I just started walking towards Sophie's apartment. Maybe she was busy watching netflix and didn't see my texts.

After 15 minutes I arrived at Sophie's apartment. I knocked on her door. It took a while to see action in the apartment. But after a minute or so I saw her looking through the whole in the door. My heart raged in my chest. Oh how I liked her. Sophie opened the door, started talking, but before I even knew what I did.. I kissed her right on the mouth.

SOPHIE POV:

Inside I freaked out about Aaron kissing me. But before I knew I was kissing him back.

We kissed for what it felt like was an eternity. But it was amazing and everything I hoped for.

He let go of the kiss first. We just looked at each other.

"I.. I.. I'm so sorry." He said nervous.

"Don't be!" Was the only thing I could say.

We looked in each others eyes, deep and long.

"D.. do you want to come in?" I asked.

He nodded yes and I let him in. Closing the door behind him. He walked to the couch and sat down.

"Something to drink?" I then asked.

"No thank you." He said.

I walked to the couch and sat down next to him. There was a silence and the only thing we did was looking at each other.

I looked at his lips, they were gorgeous and I wanted to kiss them again, it felt so good. I looked back into his eyes and then decided to do it. So this time I started the kiss.

He cupped my face with both his hands and kissed me back. Then one of his hands moved to my back and he pushed us closer together. Not losing the touch of our lips. His lips were so soft. He was an amazing kisser.

I let go of the kiss and looked into his eyes.

"Thank you." I said.

He chuckled at what I said.

"No, thank you Sophie! That was amazing."

I blushed at what he said and then he blushed too.

I laid my head on his shoulder and he held me close to him. I could hear his heart beating in his chest.

We were quiet for a few minutes.

"Sophie?" He then asked.

"Yes Aaron?"

"I like you very very much, and I've missed you like crazy today!"

I looked at him, he had tears in his eyes saying these words. One tear fell down his cheek and I rubbed it away with my thumb.

I cupped his cheek in my hand and said: "I like you very very much too Aaron. There wasn't one moment where I didn't think about you today."

He had send me a picture of him and Miles together with the text: Miles misses you'.

I decided to text something back.

Sophie:

I miss Miles too, tell him he's a good boy.

Aaron:

He wants you to walk him someday.

Sophie:

That can be arranged! I would love to walk him.

Aaron:

Am I allowed on that walk too? Or are you and Miles want to have some alone time?

I laughed at the text that Aaron had send.

Sophie:

If you are a good boy, you can come too.

Aaron:

I'll promise to be a good boy then.

I love how he teased me and how I could tease him back. He was funny.

The rest of the day was just a chill day. I didn't do much. Except for taking a shower. I went to Central Park for a bit to read my book on my bench. The weather was beautiful and I felt the need to be outside. I enjoyed all the people walking by, it was clearing my head a little.

Later I met Melissa for a cup of coffee. Although we had talked a lot on the phone, we really wanted to get together since neither of us had something better to do.

After coffee we walked around the streets a little. We went to Rockefeller Center and walked to Times Square. Melissa and I always enjoyed the crowds there. We looked at all the people from locals to tourists.

We sat down the red stairs so we had a good view of Times Square.

Melissa looked at the billboard from Moulin Rouge with Aaron and Ashley on it.

"Did you speak to him today after he left?" She asked.

I looked at her and looked away blushing.

"So that's a yes! What did he have to say?"

"He sended me a picture of his dog Miles. Saying Miles missed me." I said.

"Does Miles miss you or is this just a lame excuse and does he miss you?"

"I think, no, I hope the last thing you said."

"Do you miss him?" Melissa asked.

"Yes I miss him. But it's stupid. It's not even been a week since we've met. How can I have this feeling already?"

"You like him Soph, there is nothing wrong with that!"

"I know, but isn't it too early?" I asked anxious.

"That's for you guys to decide. I don't know how he feels about it, neither do you. You guys really need to talk about this."

"I want to, but I'm afraid Lis!"

"I know girl, but you need to get it out. It's not healthy this way."

I knew Melissa was right ofcourse. And deep inside I knew Aaron had the same feelings. But maybe I wasn't ready to commit yet?

My last relationship turned out to be a lie. I couldn't do that another time. What if Aaron and I were together and the same thing would happen? I don't know if I can handle that. I really really like Aaron.

Melissa and I decided to call it a night and we walked to my apartment. Melissa had the idea that we could walk past the Moulin Rouge theatre on the way to my place.

So we did.. when we walked past I could here the show from a little distance. They were just singing 'Come what may'.

"Omg that's the song you sang with Aaron!" Melissa said out loud.

"Shhh I know, I know.. feels weird to hear the song anytime it's on."

We stayed and listened till the song ended. Then we made our way to my apartment again. Melissa and I were both quiet on the way back. I was in my thoughts again. Because of the song, I was there again, in the moment with Aaron, our kiss.

When we arrived at my apartment Melissa and I said our goodbyes and she left to go to her own apartment.

I walked to my kitchen and poured myself a glass of Chardonnay. Then I walked to my couch and put on the tv. I was in the mood to watch something I had watched already, just for sound in the background. I decided to put on the Les Mis film. That way I could relax and watch Aaron. He was in my mind anyway, so why not watch him.

I scrolled through Instagram and watched some Insta stories. I saw Aaron had posted one. It was him in his Christian costume with the caption he was ready for the show. I smiled when I saw the picture in his story and before I even thought about it, I pressed like on the story.

I put away my phone and got back to watching Les Mis. A few minutes later I fell asleep on my couch. My phone went of a couple of times with texts, but I was to fast asleep to notice.

Until I heard someone knocking on my door.

I woke up shocked. It was late at night and someone was knocking at my door.

I didn't really know what to do, who would knock on my door so late?

I walked over to the door and looked through the little hole in it.

At the other side of the door stood Aaron. I opened the door.

"Omg Aaron what are you doin...."

The next morning I woke up to no Aaron in my bed. Did I dream it all? But then the smell of fresh brewed coffee came my way. I got out of bed to find Aaron in my kitchen.. singing, dancing and making breakfast.

"Goodmorning sunshine." He said when I walked into the kitchen.

"Goodmorning." I responded still a little sleepy.

I walked to Aaron and gave him a hug, he responded with a kiss on my forehead.

"Did you sleep well?" I asked him.

"I slept amazing! Your bed is really comfy." He said. "How did you sleep?"

"Great! But that was only because you were there with me." I said.

There was a silence after that. The only thing Aaron did was blush. I did the same and didn't know what to say anymore.

Then Aaron decided to talk about something else, ignoring the fact that we had said we liked each other and slept in the same bed.

"I made eggs because that was all I could find in your kitchen." He said.

"That's fine, I love eggs in the morning!"

He put the eggs on a plate and gave them to me. He did the same for himself and we ate breakfast together at my kitchenbar.

"Do you have any plans for today?" Aaron asked.

"No not really. I'm gonna call Melissa today, because I haven't spoke with her since we went to the musical. Well we texted but not really spoke. So I think I'm gonna catch up with her."

"That sounds great! So just a chill day for you then?"

"Yes nothing much, do you have something special planned?" I asked.

"I'm going to take Miles on a walk today and then I will go to the gym I think. I have another show tonight ofcourse."

"Sounds like a fun but active day." I laughed.

"Some of us are not that lucky." He joked.

I looked at him and he smirked back.

Both of us finished our breakfasts and Aaron took the plates to wash them.

"You don't have to do that, I can do it later today, I have the time." I said.

"It's no problem, I made breakfast so I will clean too."

"That's sweet of you." I said.

When Aaron finished cleaning up he decided to go home.

"Sophie, I have to get going, but thank you for everything!" He said.

"No thank you Aaron, for staying with me. I really needed it yesterday. And thank you for making me breakfast."

"For you I will do this everytime! Anything to keep you safe and happy." He said.

I blushed at what he said.

We gave each other a hug and then we said our goodbyes.

When Aaron I left I felt alone again. It felt so good having him with me yesterday and through the night. We said that we liked each other and I really meant it. He said it too, but maybe it was just to keep me happy.

AARON POV:

I walked out of Sophie's apartment and felt sad immediately. Yesterday was an amazing day and staying over was more than amazing. When Sophie was around me I felt like I could be myself. She made me happy and feel loved. She was the sweetest girl I had ever met.

And today I had to do stuff without her. It was really weird thinking that a few days ago we didn't know each other. Life really changed quick.

All the way home she was the only thing I could think of. I had it bad for her, but she didn't know. I admitted I liked her and she said she liked me. But oh boy if she knew how I really felt about her.

Did she have the same feelings for me? Should I tell her? And if she felt the same way, should we try being together? Or was it way too early.

I could already feel this was gonna be a hard day for me.

SOPHIE POV:

30 minutes after Aaron was gone I decided to call Melissa. I texted her last night, but we didn't really talk since the night of the musical. I had a lot to tell her. And I already knew she was going to freak out.

"Hey girl finally!" Melissa said.

"Hey Lis! I responded.

"So tell me Soph, what happened? Why did he invite you? What did I miss?"

"We had breakfast together yesterday morning, we talked for hours and then we decided to take a walk in the city. We went to Times Square and took some pictures. He secretly put his number in my phone and I found out when I was home. Oh and after Times Square walked to the theatre and took pictures there. And that 's where he asked me to come to the show that night and told me to come early because he had a surprise." I rambled to Melissa.

"Omg Sophie, what???" Melissa said.

"I know." Was the only thing I could say.

"But Soph, what was the surprise?"

I was quiet at the other end of the line, thinking about what happend.

"Soph are you still there? Melissa asked.

"Yes I'm still here. The surprise was a tour backstage at the theatre and.."

"And what Soph?"

"He gave me a mic and himself too. Then he took me into the decor of the show and we sang 'Come what may' together. And at the end we kissed." I said quick.

"You guys did what?"

"We kissed, but I don't know if it was a stage kiss or a real one. It felt real."

"You didn't talk about it?" She asked.

"No we didn't. And after the show I was backstage again and he walked me home. Then I asked him if he would stay to drink something. He did. And then I felt sad and we decided that he would stay the night, but on the couch. And then...."

"What what what Sophie?"

"We both couldn't sleep, so after texting he knocked on my bedroom door. We cuddled in bed and then fell asleep."

"Sophie!!!!!" Was the only thing Melissa could say.

"And then this morning we didn't talk about it again.. he made me breakfast and after breakfast he left." Sophie said.

"Well girl, you had a hell of day! Sounds like you two like each other very much!"

"Lis, I'm head over heals."

Melissa and I talked for another 30 minutes about everything and anything.

After we hung up I thought about everything that had happened yesterday.

While I was in my thoughts I got a text on my phone.

Aaron grabbed his stuff and we walked out of the theatre. Since my apartment was in Midtown it was only a 15 minute walk, but we talked for the whole 15 minutes. We talked about how I met Melissa, how Aaron got into Moulin Rouge and a lot of other things. The only thing we didn't talk about was us singing together today and the kiss.

It left me with all those thoughts in my head, but I was anxious to talk about it myself.

While walking the side of our hands kept touching each others, but we both didn't do anything about it.

We arrived at my apartment and Aaron walked me all the way to my front door.

"Thank you Aaron for walking me home." I said.

"No worries, I just want you to be safe in this big city." He responded.

He hugged me and wanted to say goodnight, but then a question came out of my mouth.

"Aaron, do you maybe want to come in for a while? Have something to drink? I don't want to be alone just yet."

"Ofcourse I will! I would love to." He said.

I opened the door and he walked inside behind me and closed the door.

"What do you want to drink? I have water, soda or beer?"

"Water is fine, thank you Soph."

He sat down on my couch and turned on the tv.

"Shall we watch some F.R.I.E.N.D.S or something? I know that always makes me feel less alone." He said.

"That's actually one of my favorite series to watch, you can put in on if you like, I'll be there in just a minute."

I texted Melissa to let her know I was home safe and that the show had been fun. She propably was already asleep, but texted her anyway.

I walked to my couch with two glasses of water and put them on the table in front of us. Then I sat down on the couch next to Aaron.

"You ready?" He asked and as I nodded yes he put on the next episode.

As we watched a few episodes I could feel Aaron was coming a little closer to me every second. When he was close enough I laid my head on his shoulder and he laid his arm around me. We watched more episodes in that position without saying anything to each other. I was happy I invited him in, because this was exactly what I needed.

I didn't want this feeling and moment to end.

So I put all my anxiety aside and asked Aaron a question.

"Aaron...?"

"Yes Sophie, is something wrong?"

"Is there any way you can stay over tonight? I can sleep on the couch and you can sleep on my bed, I don't mind. I just.. I.. I don't want to be alone tonight, not after a day like this."

Aaron looked at me shocked but then smiled.

"It's okay Soph, I'm staying over. And you can sleep in your own bed, I will take the couch it's no problem." He said.

"Are you sure? About the couch and staying over? What about Miles?"

"Miles is gonna be fine, a friend of mine walked him this evening and fed him."

I sighed in relief.

Then I walked over to my bedroom and got Aaron a blanket and a pillow.

"I need to shower before I go to sleep, just wash the show of. Do you mind if I use yours?" Aaron asked.

"No that's no problem." I said.

Aaron got his stuff and walked into the bathroom. I could hear him turning on the shower. I decided to put on my shorts and tanktop to sleep in and sat down on my bed waiting for Aaron to finish.

Aaron came out of the bathroom in only his boxers. He looked amazing!

"Sorry didn't plan on staying over so I have to sleep like this." He said.

I blushed and didn't know anything to say.

I headed into the bathroom to brush my theeth and cleaned of my make up.

When I walked out of the bathroom Aaron was still in my room.

"You're tired, I thought you would already be asleep." I said.

"Well I just wanted to say goodnight to you and tell you that if anything is wrong, just wake me up."

He gave me a kiss on the cheeck and walked to the couch to make himself comfortable.

"Thank you." I said from my bedroom.

I got in to my bed and shut of the lights. Aaron did the same in the living area.

A while later I still wasn't asleep. There were still thoughts in my head and a feeling that I could not explain. I was staring at the ceiling. Then I decided to text Aaron to see if he was still awake.

Sophie:

Are you asleep? Or are you still up?

It didn't take much time for him to respond.

Aaron:

Still up, lots of thoughts going through my head.

Sophie:

Same here, I don't know what it is.

Then I heard knocking on my bedroom door figuring it was Aaron.

"Come in." I said.

Aaron opened the door and walked into my room.

"Can I stay with you for a few minutes?" He asked.

I padded down on my bed and he sat next to me.

There was silence for a few minutes.

"I like you Sophie." Aaron said.

"And the reason I can't sleep is because you are on my mind. I missed you on the couch! I missed having you around me." He said softly.

"I like you too Aaron and I missed you around me too."

Aaron laid down next to me and hugged me tight from behind.

"Can I stay in your bed tonight?" He asked.

"I just need to feel you if I want a goodnight sleep."

"Yes Aaron, please stay here with me! Don't you even dare to let me go." I said.

It was intermission and I decided to text Aaron back.

Sophie:

You are amazing out there! And my seat is perfect! By the way I also enjoyed singing with you.

Aaron:

Good to hear! No regrets for being here tonight?

Sophie:

Absolutely not! It's the perfect ending of my day.

I smiled while texting Aaron. He was just so sweet. I liked him more and more by the minute.

Aaron:

Come backstage after the show again? I can walk you home if you'd like.

Sophie:

Would love that very much if it's no problem for you! X

Aaron:

Just wait outside the door all the way to the end in the lobby. I'll pick you up to go backstage. X

I couldn't believe what I read. He wanted me to come backstage again. And he wanted to walk me home. I was very happy with that, because I didn't feel safe walking home on my own late at night. With Aaron I always felt safe.

AARON POV:

It was intermission and I saw that Sophie had texted me back. I was happy to see she did. Before the show I had send her a text and she didn't respond. I was afraid she was scared away by the kiss we shared on stage. It was a good kiss! Not like a stage kiss at all, but real! I meant it to be real. I liked Sophie very much! I was almost sure I had felt that she kissed me back, but I wasn't sure. Maybe it was just all in my head.

During intermission I texted with Sophie. We decided she would come backstage again after the show and that I would walk her home. I wanted her to be safe, I couldn't let her walk alone late at night. If something happened to her I would blame myself.

While texting Sophie I was smiling at my phone.

Ashley walked by and saw the big smile I had on my face.

"How are you doing loverboy?" She asked.

I looked up from my phone to see Ashley standing in the doorway smirking.

"Loverboy, what do you mean?" I asked.

"Oh you know, I see how you look at Sophie. And I also see how she looks at you. You like her don't you?"

"Yes we became close friends in just a few days, I care about her." I said denying it was more than that.

"Just as a friend? I saw the way you kissed her. That was not just as a friend." Ashley said.

I blushed and didn't really know how to respond.

"Okay Aaron, the blushing is enough of an answer for me. I'm happy for you!" Ashley said and walked to her own dressingroom again.

I knew Ashley knew better than I told her, but I didn't know if Sophie shared the same feelings and I was afraid to admit my feelings to her.

SOPHIE POV:

Intermission was almost over and people started to come in again. It was time for act 2 and I loved that one. It had the best music in it! Backstage Romance, Chandelier, Aaron singing Roxanne and ofcourse Come what may. That song had a special place in my heart since this day.

The lights dimmed again and act 2 started.

Aaron walked out on stage and told the story he always did. I couldn't keep my eyes of off him it was beautiful. At one point in telling the story Aaron looked my way. But not just for a few seconds. We had deep eyecontact for most of the story. It was the most intense when he said the last sentence: "Our love wasn't the only backstage romance."

I blushed, but was happy to sit a little further away so Aaron wouldn't notice. Ricky and Robyn did Backstage Romance and it was even more incredible than the first time I had seen it.

When it was time for Come what may, I had butterflies in my stomach. It brought me back to the moment I was on that stage just a few hours ago. Singing the same some, with the same man Ashley sang with. He was beautiful, it was beautiful. I noticed that Aaron looked at me from the stage during the number. Was he also thinking back of our moment? He quickly focussed on Ashley again so the audience wouldn't get suspicious.

The rest of the show went by very quick again. I enjoyed Roxanne very much, because Aaron did the opt up. God I loved when he did that, his voice was just perfect.

During curtain call the audience was cheering and screaming. There was even a girl who yelled that she loved Aaron. Aaron responded with love you too. I laughed, he was just so adorable.

The show was over and everyone left the theatre. I walked as I was told to the door all the way to the end of the lobby. I knew the door because that was the door I walked through the first time I went backstage.

I waited outside the door for a while and then the door opened. Someone grabbed my arm and pulled me inside. The door closed. The person who pulled me inside gave me a hug. When I let loose of the hug I looked up and I saw Aaron.

"What are you doing silly?" I asked laughing.

"Well I ofcourse can't be seen in the lobby after the show, too many fangirls out there." He said.

"You could've send someone else to pick me up here?"

"That wasn't an option, I needed to get you myself, I just needed to." He said, not really explaining himself.

Together we walked to his dressingroom where he undressed himself from the Christian outfit and put on his own clothes.

"Do you mind if I stagedoor for a while?" He asked.

"Perfectly fine by me Aaron, I will entertain myself in your room."

"Thank you! It makes it easier for us to leave if I do stagedoor. Just give me a few minutes." He said leaving for stagedoor.

I sat down on his couch again and took my phone to scroll through Instagram.

A few moments later Ashley walked by Aarons dressingroom and saw me sitting on the couch.

"Hey girl, did you like the show tonight?" She asked.

"Ashley hi, yes it was amazing as always!"

"Good, because I have the feeling that you are going to be here more often."

Ashley walked away again and left me in my thoughts. What did she mean by: I have the feeling that you are going to be here more often.

I wasn't sure if he meant it as just a stage kiss, but I kissed him back. It felt amazing, it felt real! After a few seconds we parted from each other looking into each others eyes, breathing heavily.

Then we heard clapping and cheering from out of the house and in the wings. Back to reality we were.

I blushed because I realised that Aaron wasn't the only one anymore that heard me sing and those people clapping saw the kiss. Aaron took my hand, we walked to the front of the stage and bowed. Now I could see all the people who were clapping and cheering.

"That was amazing!" Ashley said.

She walked up to me and shook my hand.

"Hi, I'm Ashley, I play Satine in the show. But from what I just saw an heard you could take my place anytime."

"Aw thank you Ashley, that means so much to me. You are such an inspiration. I'm Sophie by the way." I said trying to be calm. Ricky walked up to Aaron and whispered something in his ear. Then he came to me and said: "That was so good Sophie!".

"Thanks Ricky!" I said.

Tam, Holly, Robyn, Jeigh and Danny also came to me to say how amazing it was and how good my voice sounded. Robyn also mentioned that Aaron and I had great chemistry going on. I blushed the whole conversation I had with them.

It was an hour before the show started and everyone went back to their dressingroom. I walked with Aaron to his. I sat down on his couch again and drank the rest of my coffee. Aaron was getting all his stuff ready for the show. It was quiet for a while. Both of us not knowing what to say until Aaron broke the silence.

"You were amazing out there Sophie. I didn't know you could sing like that!"

"That's really nice of you Aaron, thank you."

"No Soph really, you should do something with it!"

"Well yeah, maybe. I will think about it Aaron."

"I know there is some openings comming up for this show, maybe you can audition?"

"Aaron, I'm not good enough for Broadway.. it's not that I have experience in this business or something. I'm nowhere near as good as all the people on stage."

"You can always try.." Aaron said.

I looked at him, shaking my head. He looked disappointed, but I still thought I was right. I didn't study musical theatre or some other study all the people have on stage. I just had a pretty good voice, that's all.

Time went by and I looked through my phone. Melissa had send me a text back.

Melissa:

Why are you in Aarons dressingroom again?

Melissa:

Omg and you are not responding to my text.. what is going on there?

Melissa:

Soph! TELL ME!

I laughed. I saw that Melissa had send three texts. I decided to respond.

Sophie:

He invited me to the show tonight and asked if I could come early because he had a surprise. I will fill you in later.

Just when I was texting Melissa back I saw that Aaron got dressed. He just took his sweater of and there he was with his now naked upper body. I blushed and try to look away, but he saw in the mirror that I was looking at him.

"You like what you see there Wilson?" He asked.

"I.. I'm sorry Aaron I didn't mean to look." I said still blushing.

"It's okay, if I didn't want you to see it then I shouldn't get dressed right in front of you." He said smirking.

While he kept on getting himself ready for the show, I tried to look the other way. But that didn't work so sometimes I caught myself looking at him again.

Damn he looked fine! I couldn't believe my eyes.

After Aaron got dressed it was time for me to leave into the house of the theatre to see the show. Aaron gave me my ticket and told me to give to the ushers and they would tell me where to sit.

The place I had was amazing. It was on the left side of the theatre. At the end of the row. Then I realised it was the place where Aaron would walk by after the sign raise and before he got on stage with his other Bohemians. I was happy. I had a good view.

Before the show started Aaron had send me a text.

Aaron:

I had fun on stage with you, enjoy the show! X

I didn't reply his text. All I could do was smile. About everything that had happened today. As I said in my Instagram caption, it was a perfect day!

The music changed and the show started. Aaron walked across the stage and postioned himself for raising the sign. He looked out to the audience and when he reached me he smiled. Then he raised the sign.

When he walked of the stage he walked past me and winked. I was incredibely happy seeing him in this amazing show again. And knowing him a little bit better this time.

The first number went by very quick, because before I could realise Aaron, Ricky and Sahr ran past me for their bit in the number.

The rest of the show also went by very quick. Every moment Aaron had the chance he looked at me. It still was an amazing show. And now that I had met a few more castmembers it felt different to me. I was so proud of them!

Before I even knew it Ashley and Aaron were already singing Elephant Love Medley. Ashley looked my way a few times when she saw that Aaron looked my way. I knew she noticed something between me and him. I couldn't keep my eyes of off him.

When Ashley and Aaron kissed at the end of the song I was a little jealous. And it made me think of our kiss earlier. We both didn't say anything about it when we were in his dressingroom after it happend.

He looked absolutely stunning. Light denim jeans, white sweater and white Converse. In both his hands he was holding coffee cups.

He walked towards me and handed me one of the coffee cups. "I got the one you had when we walked through the city." he said. "Thought you might like it."

"Thank you so much Aaron!" I responded.

I liked that he was so thoughtful.

"Shall we go inside?" He asked.

"You mean through stagedoor? Am I even allowed?"

"You're with me silly and it's not like you've never been backstage here."

"No, I know. But that was practically only your dressingroom."

"Yes, and now you get to go through stagedoor with me, come on." He said and took my hand.

He pulled me inside stagedoor.

He walked directly onto the stage and I followed him.

"Wow! This is amazing!" I said in awe of what I saw. There was no special decor on yet, but it still was amazing.

"Yeah it's great right?" He said.

"Aaron, this is crazy. This is what you guys see every night? I didn't realise it was so big!"

"I know, sometimes I still have the same feeling as you do."

He took my hand again "Let me show you the rest of the backstage." He said.

He showed me around all behind the stage, every dressingroom and every hallway. I got to see Ashley's dressingroom. She wasn't there yet, but it was beautiful. I was hoping I would meet her sometime. I got to see all the costumes from the cast, the wigs everything. When we were done, we went back to Aaron's dressingroom.

"Why don't you make yourself at home. I'll have to take care of something real quick and then I'm back." Aaron said.

He walked out of the room and I walked around in his dressingroom. Taking everything in. I looked at all the fanart he had on his mirror, he even had his costumes hanging in his dressingroom. I felt at home in this room. It was cosy. I sat down on the couch that was in his dressingroom.

I took my phone out and took a selfie. I decided to send it to Melissa to see if she knew where I was.

A few minutes later Aaron came back and laughed at how I was laying down comfortably at his couch.

"You ok there Wilson?" He asked mocking.

"I'm perfectly allright Tveit, thank you for asking." I said teasing.

"I can see you're feeling at home on my couch, but I need you to get up and follow me." He said.

"Oh do I need to get out already?" I asked.

"No I'm gonna take you somewhere and I think you are going to like it." He said.

Aaron walked out of his room again and I followed him. We walked onto the stage again, but this time there was the decor of the 'Come what may' scene.

I was in awe again and Aaron could see that.

"Do you like it?" He asked.

"Like it? Aaron I freaking love it! I'm standing on stage in a decor."

Aaron walked into the wings and got two mics. He put one of the mics on me.

"W... w.. what are you doing?" I asked confused.

"I'm giving you a mic so you can sing." He said calmly.

"But I have never sung on a stage before.. only in the shower. Let alone for a Broadway actoren." I said anxious.

"No buts, you know the song 'Come what may' right?"

"Y.. yes I do."

"Perfect!" He said.

He put the other mic on himself and gave a sign to a man in the back of the house that he could start the music.

Aaron started singing and the only thing I could do was look at him. Here he was, standing right in front of me. Singing one of my favorite songs from the musical. And he expected me to sing the lines that Satine had to sing in this song.

I was in trance until I heard him sing the following lines.

Seasons may change winter to spring. But I love you until the end of time.

Come what may.. come what may. I will love you, until my dying day.

Omg I freaked out, it was my time to sing. I looked into Aaron's eyes and he looked back and smiled. It was calming me down and I went for it.

Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place. Suddenly it moves with such a perfect grace.

Aaron took my hands, looked me in the eyes and started singing again.

Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste

It all revolves around you.

We started singing together what I thought was in perfect harmony. When singing Aaron kept looking at me with a twinkle in his eyes still holding my hands and I was the happiest I had ever been.

When we got to come what may again. He turned me around with my back against him and he held me tight.

Then he let go of me again so that we were facing each other. He brought me to the sofa that was behind me and I sat down on it with my knees. He did the same.

We kept singing while looking deep into each others eyes. Like nothing was around us and like we were the only people there. There was a tension, a good tension, a hot tension.

"Thank you Sophie for doing this." Aaron said. I looked at him and smiled "You're welcome!".

"I really have to go, now that I know you are going to be there tonight." Aaron said.

"That's ok, then I have time to relax a little and get ready for tonight."

"Do you need me to walk you home?"

"No thank you Aaron, I can manage myself. Just get yourself ready for tonight. I will see you at 5." I said.

"I'll see you at 5 then. Don't forget to look through your phone and send me the pictures." He said with a smirk.

I still didn't know what he was talking about, but I was sure I would find out at home.

"Bye Aaron!" I said.

"Bye Sophie!" He said and he kissed me on the cheek.

We waved goodbye and walked our own ways.

When I got home I sat on the couch and scrolled through the pictures that Aaron and I took today. He looked very cute!

I really loved the pictures we took together!

Then I saw the pictures he took of me on Times Square, they were perfect. He even included the Moulin Rouge! The Musical billboard. I opened Instagram on my phone and decided to post the picture of me in Times Square. Caption: It's a perfect day!

Then I scrolled further through my photo's on my phone. I laughed really hard. I saw that Aaron took pictures of himself on my phone. He even did a pose on some of the pictures.

Then there was one picture with a hint in it that said look in your contactlist.

So I opened it on my phone and scrolled through it. I was shocked when I saw that Aaron had put his number in my phone.

I immediately send him a message.

Sophie:

So this is what you do if I hand you my phone?

X Sophie

Aaron texted back right away.

Aaron:

So I see you found out! I didn't want to ask your number thought it was to cheesy. So I figured I just put mine in yours.

Sophie:

I'm happy you did though! Much easier than Instagram.

Aaron:

Agreed! Don't forget me to send that picture of you and me.

So I did what he said and send him the pictures of us together. I did also send him the pictures where he was alone under his pillar making faces.

My phone was buzzing all the time. Everytime I got a notification that someone liked or reacted to my picture on Instagram.

When my phone went off again I saw it was Aaron who had liked my picture. I blushed but was really happy at the same time. I didn't expect him to openly like my picture on Instagram.

And if it couldn't get better he also responded to the picture. Not in the reactions though that would be to obvious. But he dm'ed me on Instagram saying: I like this picture of you!

I blushed again and felt butterflies in my stomach.

AARON POV

I got home and all I could think about was Sophie and the morning/afternoon we had spend together. She was just an amazing person! I was shocked by the story she had told about her ex, but I was happy she felt safe enough with me to share.

I was curious about the pictures we had taken that morning. I had left my number in her phone and I hoped that she would find it soon enough. Just when this thought went through my had I received a text from her. I texted her back obviously. Then she send our pictures. I looked at the picture of us together and we looked great. This was a good picture! I also recieved pictures of me alone with the pillar she had taken. I laughed.

I then scrolled through Instagram to see if she had posted the picture I took of her at Times Square. I thought it was a great picture and she looked beautiful in it. With just scrolling a little I saw she indeed posted it on her feed and immediately without any thinking liked the picture. I wanted to react also, but that would be to obvious for everyone seeing the photo, so instead I decided to send a dm.

Then I started making myself ready for the show in the evening and for meeting with Sophie again. I had a special surprise for her and I hoped she liked it.

SOPHIE POV

I scrolled through Instagram for like another 30 minutes and then looked at the time. I had to get ready to be at the theatre to meet Aaron. I loved that he insisted I would be there tonight and I was happy to see the show again. I was also a bit nervous because of the surprise Aaron had for me.

It would all be ok I knew that, but still I didn't know what he had in mind.

I walked to my closet to search for clothes I could wear that evening. I decided on a black skirt with a white blouse on top. And to make it a little more fun I also put on an oversized jacket. I put my clothes on the bed and got in the shower quickly to just wash off the day. I didn't even get my hair wet in the shower. When I got out I dressed myself and curled my hair. I also brushed my teeth, because you'll never know.

I did my make up a little more than normal. Mascara, eyeliner and a red lipstick and then I sprayed on my favorite perfume.

I got back into the living space and put on my Dr. Martens and to collect all my stuff to put in my bag.

When I grabbed my phone, I saw that Aaron had send me a message.

Aaron:

Can't wait for tonight. Hope you can't wait too.

I send him a message back.

Sophie:

I can't wait for the surprise Mr. Tveit.

I took my keys from the table next to my door and got my back. I walked out the door and closed it and made my way to the theatre. I was nervous, very nervous for tonight. It was a good nervous though. I mean being with Aaron always gave me a happy feeling and I got the idea he had the same with me.

When I arrived at the theatre I was a little early. So I waited for Aaron at stagedoor.

He waited for me to let go, so he knew I was okay. And after a moment I did.

"Sorry Aaron, I know this was supposed to be a date and now I'm all crying and talking about my ex."

"A date? Who said something about this being a date?" He said shocked and blushing.

"Uhmm you did when you messaged me." I also blushed.

"Ohh uhh.. it's okay Sophie. I'm happy you feel safe enough with me to talk about your past."

Aaron knew he wanted this to be a date, but he didn't want to push Sophie into things so he basicly ignored the fact that she knew he said it.

Sophie was okay with it, because she didn't want for things to go too fast.

"So Aaron, enough about me. Tell me about you."

"Well I'm on Broadway in a show called Moulin Rouge and I have a dog named Miles." He started.

"I know that already Tveit, tell me something else."

Aaron started laughing about how insisted Sophie was.

"I grew up in Middletown a small place an hour away from the city. I lived with my mom, dad and my brother John. I love them very much. And as it is for studying. I went to Ithaca, but didn't finish school because I got cast in the national tour of Rent. And from that moment on my life was in the theatre. I also did a few movies and television series."

The only thing I could do while listening to him was admiring how passionate he was. And how he looked even more handsome talking about his life.

Minutes passed by while talking to each other.

"Do you want to get another coffee? Or we could go somewhere else if you want to." Aaron suggested.

"Don't you have anything else to do today? You have a show tonight." I said.

"I have time, I have to be at the theatre 1,5 hour or so before the show."

"And you are not getting bored of me yet?" I asked.

"I will never get bored of you!" Aaron said, cheeks turning red.

"Well then maybe we can get another coffee and just take a walk through the city?"

"Perfect! Do you want the same thing as before?"

"I want an iced brown sugar shaken espresso if that's not too much to ask. I only drink the Macchiatto in the morning. Later in the day I like this one." I said nervous.

"No problem Sophie, I will get it for you."

Aaron walked away to order our to go coffee and I walked outside, waiting for him there.

I decided to text Melissa, because I hadn't spoken to her in a while.

Sophie:

Hey Lis, how are you? I miss you!

Melissa:

Soph! I miss you too. What are you doing right now? Have you seen Aaron already?

Sophie:

We actually got coffee this morning and now we are going to walk around town. Just hang out for a bit. I like it when I'm around him Lis!

Melissa:

Omg!! That's great! Enjoy the rest of your day and fill me in later. I want to hear everything!

I smiled at Melissa's message. And just at that moment Aaron walked outside with our coffee's.

"What are you all smiling about?" He asked with a smirk.

"Oh nothing, just realising it's a good day today." I said.

"I agree, this is one of the best mornings I've had in a long time." He said.

He handed me my coffee and we just walked through the city. The weather was just beautiful. It was warm, but not too hot.

We walked to Times Square. There was a big billboard with him and Ashley Loren. I loved Times Square and the billboard. Aaron noticed.

"Shall I take a picture of you? Here on Times Square with all the billboards. You can post it on your Instagram." He said.

I handed him my phone. He took it and it looked like he struggled with it.

"Is everything ok? Can you handle my phone?" I asked laughing. He blushed and then asked me to take a pose.

He took my pictures. Not just one but a few.

"So now you have a lot to choose from." He said.

I wanted to take my phone out of his hands, but he wouldn't give it back to me.

"Can I get my phone back mr. Tveit?" I asked teasing.

"You can have it back, but first you have to take a picture with me." He teased back.

I did as he said. I stood next to him. He wrapped an arm around my waist and we took a few pictures together.

When we both wanted to let go, we almost kissed. We were so close together during that picture.

We were both looking a bit awkward after it.

"Uhm just make sure you send me those ok?" He aksed breaking the awkward moment.

"I will, but I don't know if Instagram is the right place to send them."

"You don't have to send them on Instagram. You can send them another way, just look through your phone when you're home." He said all mysterious.

I looked at him for answers, but he didn't give them to me.

"Do you want to walk past the theatre?" He asked.

"Yeah sure, that sounds nice!"

As we were already on Times Square, the theatre was not that far away. When we arrived Aaron stood under the pillar with his picture on it.

"Sophie, can you take a picture of me and my twin brother?" He asked jokingly.

I laughed and took my phone out. I snapped a few pictures of him being silly with the pillar.

"I will also send those to you." I said.

He laughed and looked at me.

"Hey Sophie, will you do me a pleasure and see the show tonight?"

"Well Aaron, I would love to, but since you're in the show a ticket would cost me a fortune and I don't have that kind of money right now." I said a little embarresed.

"No no no, you don't have to pay for it! You'll get the ticket from me silly."

"Aaron I'm not a charity case. You already paid for my coffee twice and now this."

"Soph I'll get you in the audience tonight, please say yes. I really want you there!"

He called me by my nickname how could I refuse now?

"Ok Aaron, I will be there. Just tell me when and where I have to be."

"Can you meet me here at 5?" He asked.

"5? But the show starts at 7 and you don't have to be here at least 1,5 hour before the show."

"I know, but I have a surprise for you. Please meet me at 5 here in front of stagedoor?"

The next morning I woke up happy but tired. I tossed and turned a lot that night. Thinking about everything that had been said in the messages. But most of all I was nervous.

I got into the shower and washed my hair. Got dressed and did my make up. I decided on wearing a short skirt with little flowers and a white top. For make up it was just some mascara and a lipgloss.

I was just about to put my white converse on when I heard someone knocking at my door.

I opened the door and there he was. He smiled at me and then hugged me.

"Goodmorning Sophie." He said calmly but also sounding a bit nervous.

"Morning Aaron." I responded.

It was quiet for a moment, we just looked at each other.

"Are you ready for breakfast?" Aaron asked trying to make conversation.

"Yes almost, I have to put on my Converse and get my bag out of my room. But come in and make yourself at home."

Aaron walked into the apartment and looked around.

"Great place you have here!" Aaron said.

"Thank you, I was very lucky to get it." I almost screamed from the other room.

Then I walked back into the living space. "It's not big, but it's also not the smallest place I ever saw." I said lauging.

"I think it's a great place!" Aaron said.

"So you ready to go?" He asked.

I nodded and we both walked to the door, he opened it for me and let me go out first. Then he shut the door and we walked out of my building.

"So where do you want to go for coffee and breakfast?" I asked him.

"Well we could go to Starbucks? I know it's maybe not breakfastish, but I always like the coffee there."

"Yes, Starbucks is fine with me." I said.

We walked down the streets in midtown Manhattan. Looking for a Starbucks where we could sit and talk quietly.

We walked in silence, both of us not knowing what to say to each other. Then I started the conversation again.

"Do you have a show again tonight?"

"Yes at 7 pm I have a show again, so we have time." He said smiling.

I smiled back and liked the fact that he mentioned we got time. He was not in a hurry and I liked that.

We finally found a Starbucks with a big seating area so we went inside.

"What coffee do you want?" He asked me.

"Oh I can order myself, just order what you want and I will be behind you."

"No no, I want to pay for you coffee." He said.

"Caramel Macchiatto will be fine, thanks." I said blushing.

"Anything to eat? You can not live only on that coffee."

"Uhm cinnamon roll please."

Aaron ordered our drinks and food and I looked for a place where we could sit.

Aaron sat down with me.

"I forgot to say how beautiful you look today." He blushed when he said it.

"Well Tveit, you don't look bad yourself today."

It turned quiet again and we could only look at each other and smile. We were interupted by the barista calling out our order.

Aaron walked over and got our coffee and food.

"Here you go!" He said. Handing me my coffee and cinnamon roll.

"So Sophie, when did you move to New York?"

"A few months ago. I'm originally from Philadelphia, but it was time for me to move."

"Why was it time? Was it not fun anymore?"

"No it was still fun, I mean my whole family lives there and I love them more than anything in the world. It's just.. uhmm.."

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to" Aaron said.

"I want to tell you, but it's hard.. It's still fresh in my mind."

Aaron laid his hand on mine and started rubbing his thumb over it.

I relaxed a bit and decided to tell him anyway. Sooner or later I had to tell the story, so it was better to do it know. Rip it off like a bandaid.

"When I lived in Philadelphia I had a relationship with this guy. We knew each other from high school and a few years later we saw each other again. I had always liked him, but thought he was too cool for me. I wasn't in his league."

I turned silent again. Aarons hand was still on mine, he didn't say anything, but I could tell from his face that he was listening.

"When we met after those few years we went out on a date and he told me that he had like me for a long time also. I couldn't be more happy and we started a relationship right away. The first two years were perfect. We did everything together, he was loving and caring. We were making plans for the future, like buying a house and talk about marriage. But after two years he turned distant.

Everytime I wanted to go out on a date or just chill at home together he had an excuse. He didn't text me as much as he did and we only saw each other at most twice a week. I knew he had a busy job with long hours. But still I was thinking it was all me. That I didn't treat him well, that I wasn't pretty enough anymore."

A tear stroke down my cheek. I rubbed it away quickly hoping that Aaron didn't notice.

"One day I decided to surprise him at work. I thought that I needed to show him more love. So I made lunch and brought it to his office. When I walked into his office he was not alone. I saw him making out half naked with another girl. A co-worker of him. I knew her because in the two years that we had a great time, that girl had dinner with us a lot of times. I dropped the lunch on the ground and ran out of the office, out of the building. He came running after me screaming he was sorry and that it was not what I thought it was.

I dumped him right away and never saw him again. He tried to text me sometimes. I never responded.

Later I found out that he was seeing that at least for a year already. And they also made plans to move in together."

Now the tears were streaming down my face.

Aaron was looking at me with tears in his eyes.

He grabbed both of my hands and looked me deep into my eyes. Then he started talking.

"Sophie I'm so sorry you had to go through that. But please know that you're perfect and that it wasn't your fault at all. You don't derserve guys like that. You deserve a guy who puts you on the first place. It's so wrong what he did and I'm so so sorry."

Omg! Did he just send me a message to ask me out? Well it's not in so many words, he just asked me for out for coffee.. but still. Okay Soph just send him a cool, natural message back. Don't freak out in the message.

Sophie Wilson:

I would like that very much!

You just tell me when and where, I have a lot of free time at the moment.

I tried to be calm when I had hit send. He propably wouldn't answer in a few minutes with his busy schedule. So I put on F.R.I.E.N.D.S again. I was just a few minutes in the episode when my phone went off.

I looked at my phone and there was a message from Aaron.

"That was quick!" I thought by myself. I opened my phone and read the message.

Aaron Tveit:

Are you free tomorrow morning? We can also have breakfast if you like?

I was shocked, he also asked me to have breakfast with him. Since I moved to NYC I had never imagined that something like this would happen!

Then I turned worried again. I questioned myself if I should answer right away or wait a while. Like if I answered now he would propably think that I was waiting by my phone. But if I don't right away, he can still see that I,ve read the message.

I decided to just answer right away.

Sophie Wilson:

I'm free all day tomorrow and breakfast sounds good! Where do we meet tomorrow?

AARONS POV

I had send Sophie a message on Instagram just because I feel so happy when I'm around her. When Sophie answered my message I felt something in my stomach. Were those butterflies? I just met the girl..

Never have I ever felt this for a girl that quick. It was stupid, but it was there.

I decided to answer her message right away. I didn't mind her thinking that it was quick. I just really wanted to see her again!

I thought of how long I had to propably wait to get a message back again. So I tried to get my mind of off things by listening to some music while playing with Miles.

Not much later I received a message on my phone.

It was Sophie!! She responded immediately. With all my enthusiam, my phone almost slipped out of my hands.

"Get yourself together Tveit!" I thought to myself.

Then I read the message and there it was, a big smile on my face. I texted her back.

Aaron Tveit:

It's a date!

How about I'll pick you up at 8:30?

I was nervous about what I wrote back. Did I really say it's a date? Was it a date?

SOPHIE'S POV

Aaron was so quick at responding. But what he wrote.. I was confused.

A date? Did he thought this was a date?

I wouldn't mind if it was an actual date. I mean I had feelings for the guy even if we knew each other just a day.

He was kind, handsome and funny. And he made me feel safe when I was around him. A thing all my ex boyfriends didn't give me.

I knew I wanted Aaron in my life. Having him as a friend meant a lot to me.

I decided to respond to his message.

Sophie Wilson:

8:30 sounds great! Can't wait!

The rest of my day was spend on my couch watching tv. I needed a relaxing day inside. Although I loved people and being outside this time of year, I once in a while needed a day all to myself.

In the evening I ordered pizza and decided on watching a movie. I was scrolling through all the movies and then one movie stood out to me.

I couldn't believe what I saw.. why didn't I see this movie earlier?

With the movie there was a picture of the two most important persons in the movie and one of them was Aaron. The movie was called 'One royal holiday'. I knew it was a Christmas movie but I decided that I really needed to see it. I couldn't get Aaron out of my head anyway.

A few minutes into the movie there he was. I laughed immediately at his funny accent. But he was cute I had to admit.

There was a feeling in me that wanted to send Aaron a message about me watching the movie, but I didn't want to bother him with it.

30 minutes later I got a message on my phone. I looked and it was Aaron.

Aaron Tveit:

What are you doing at the moment?

I laughed at his message. I decided that now was the time to send him the picture. So I made a picture of the scene that was on. Luckily he was in the shot.

I pressed send and just waited for his response.

Aaron Tveit:

You're really watching that movie? Did you miss me that much already?

Oh so now he thought I was missing him? Couldn't say it wasn't true, but I would never admit to him this early on. So I decided to tease him a little.

Sophie Wilson:

Yes I'm really watching this movie and who says I miss you? You were the one sending me a message! So you were the one thinking of me Tveit.

Aaron Tveit:

Yes, I was indeed thinking of you Wilson. Just can't wait for tomorrow! X

Aaron must have seen the post on my Instagram!

Because there it was, he did it! Aaron started following me on Instagram. I freaked out a little bit when I saw the notification.

After a little panick attack I decided to follow him back on Instagram. I know crazy right? I didn't even follow him in the first place.

I know it was weird but I started feeling things. I couldn't be feelings for him already. That was way to early. I just knew the guy for one day.

I decided to put my phone away, get cosy in bed. I took my book and started reading a few chapters. After 30 minutes I felt myself getting tired.

I put my book down and turned off the lights in the bedroom. Soon after I fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up. The sun was shining through the windows. The weather looked great outside! So I got out of bed and into the shower. I turned on some music on my phone, the castalbum of Moulin Rouge The Musical! While I showered I sang along to the songs. After I showered I got dressed and went into the kitchen to make breakfast and some coffee. I sat down at my table and took my phone. I unlocked it and it left me shocked. I couldn't believe what I saw.

After the fact that Aaron started following me on Instagram last night, he had also send me a message on there.

Aaron Tveit:

Hey Sophie, I just wanted to say that I loved meeting you at the park, the coffeeshop and seeing you enjoy the show.

I hope it wasn't to awkward I invited you backstage after.

Aaron

It was such a sweet message! So thoughtful and nice.

I thought about it for a minute, but then decided to reply. It was the least I could do after what he did for me and Melissa.

Sophie Wilson:

Hi Aaron, so sweet of you to send me a message. You clearly didn't have to. I think it was great to meet you too. And the show was amazing! I was so mindblown I did not say it to you yesterday. And it was nice of you to invite us backstage. We enjoyed it very much!

Sophie

After I had send the message I ate breakfast and drank my coffee. I washed my dishes and thought of going for a run. The weather was perfect and I needed to clear my mind a little.

So I put on my running gear and went outside. I ran 4k and got back to my house. I showered for the second time that day and after I sat on my couch. I was going to watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S when Melissa called me.

"Hey Soph, how are you?" She asked.

"Hi Lis, I'm fine! Just went for a run and now I was going to watch tv." I responded.

"Oh you already had a hell of a morning then!"

"Is there a reason why you are calling?" I asked Melissa. If Melissa called it could be two things. Or she was bored and just wanted to talk, or she had something on her mind.

"Yeah I noticed something on Instagram and just wanted to know if it was true."

At that moment I knew she was talking about.

"It's true Lis, he started following me on Instagram and then I followed him back."

"Do you know how lucky you are?" Melissa asked. "He never follows anyone on Instagram."

"Well Lis, I met him yesterday and it's not just like I'm one of those fans. I mean I am a fan, but I didn't know it was him before you told me who he was." I said.

Melissa was silent for a bit at the other end of the line.

"I still think you are lucky." She said quickly.

"I have to go Soph, talk to you later?"

"Talk to you later Lis, I love you."

Then we both hung up the phone.

After I hung up I saw a new Instagram notification. It was Aaron again who had send me a message.

Aaron Tveit:

"Yes, yes I am Sophie." I said not sure of myself.

"Come with me, Aaron asked for you backstage." The usher said to me.

From that moment on I was thinking in my head. Why did Aaron ask for me? We just met eachother this morning in the park. We didn't talk that much.. and when we got coffee it was just a small conversation. I don't know anything about the guy.

"Uhhm Soph, is this man taking us where I think he is taking us?" Melissa asked confused.

I looked at her with an also confused look at my face. "I think he does Lis."

I heard Melissa cheering quietly behind me.

I laughed a little because of how happy she was with the fact the usher was taking us backstage.

I never went backstage at a musical and neither did Melissa. We always dreamed about it though. We used to joke around at how funny it would be if something like that would happen to us, but we also realised it was the most unrealistic thinking we ever did.

Well, at least we thought it was. Right now it was all coming true.

We followed the usher and he opened a door to backstage. Melissa and I did a little happy dance, but the usher didn't notice.

The usher knocked on one of the dressingroom doors. It took a minute, but then the door opened.

"Thanks Hank!" Aaron said to the usher.

"No problem Aaron, have a great night." The usher said and he walked away.

Aarons look turned to me, he smiled with a twinkle in those beautiful blue eyes of his.

"Hi Sophie." He said softly.

"Hi Aaron." I said a little awkward, still not knowing why he wanted me back here.

"I brought my best friend Melissa with me, I hope you don't mind?"

"That's okay, best friends are important and you were together at the show." He said and looked at Melissa. Then he held out his hand to Melissa.

"Hi, I'm Aaron Tveit." He said.

"H.. h..hii I'm Melissa." She said while shaking Aarons hand.

"You were pretty awesome tonight."

"Thank you Melissa, that is very kind of you to say." Aaron responded. While she was talking to Aaron, Melissa had to blush a little. She didn't know how Sophie was so calm at that point.

"So Sophie, thank you for comming backstage, I saw you enjoyed the show?"

Now it was my time to blush, because I knew I looked like an idiot for the whole show.

"It was just mindblowing." Was the only thing I could say.

"I could see that on your face." He said laughing slightly.

"So uhm come inside the dressingroom." He said.

Melissa and I walked inside. The dressingroom was not very big but also not too small. In the corner there was a couch, he had a big mirror and some chairs. It was a cosy dressingroom. I walked to the couch and sat on it, not really knowing what to say or do. Melissa followed me to the couch clearly lost as well.

It took me all my courage but I asked Aaron the question. "Aaron why did you invite me backstage?"

"Uhh well uhh." He also didn't really know what to say. "Look Sophie I just met you today but I think you are a great and lovely girl. And I saw you and Melissa enjoying the show so much that I wanted to give you guys something to remember."

I looked and Aaron and I smiled. He smiled back at me. For a moment there was complete silence in the room.

"Aaron I.. I uhh..." I tried to say something but then somebody knocked on the door.

"Come in!" Aaron said.

The door opened and there was Ricky. He looked into the room and saw Melissa and me.

"Oh I'm sorry." Ricky said. "I didn't know you had company man."

"Don't worry about it." Aaron said lightly.

"Ricky I want to introduce you to Sophie and her best friend Melissa."

Ricky shook are hands and kept looking at me.

"Isn't Sophie the girl you..." Ricky tried to finish his sentence, but Aaron didn't let him.

"They saw the show tonight." He said quickly. "They were in can can and were blown away by the show."

"Oh yeah I saw that dude." Ricky said.

"Well it was nice to meet you and Aaron I will text you later." Ricky waved us goodbye, walked out of the room and closed the door.

"I'm sorry about that." Aaron said. "I didn't tell him that I was having you guys over."

I looked at Melissa and we both thought the same thing. This was the dream. Being backstage with Aaron and meeting Ricky.

"Would you girls like to take a picture?" Aaron asked.

Melissa and I both nodded yes.

So we took turns on taking a selfie with Aaron and then made a picture of eachother with Aaron. The pictures were taken on the couch in his dressingroom. And when he sat down next to me he immediately put a hand on the small of my back. I blushed again and didn't know what to do but just smiled.

After taking pictures with Aaron we decided that it was time to go home. I asked him if I could post the picture on my instagram and he said yes.

We hugged eachother goodbye and Aaron let us out of the theatre.

When walking home I talked to Melissa about our evening and how amazing it was.

We got to my appartment and Melissa and I hugged eachother goodbye. I walked inside my building and Melissa walked a few blocks to her appartment.
