with this comeback jinki just said "let me do it like no one has ever seen before" and he did it. just when i thought i was familiar with his voice, here he comes with yet other facets of that beautiful, smooth voice of his. like is there a genre he can't nail? no, there isn't, and dice is such a solid proof. what a pleasing surprise and project to go through. if you need a little sunshine or some relax to walk into your life, he got it, and his voice in this mini sounds like he is just giving all of himself on the record. it feels so air-like, so colorful, so floaty, so free, like he is just conceding it without holding back. even if this is different in terms of genre, interpretation and presentation comparing to voice, his dream of healing listeners with his voice is still achieved, just with a different vibe and execution. he has worked so hard to renew himself and didn't let down, but mostly i hope he is proud of what he has shaped with these songs and what he has achieved within himself, especially when he said he was experimenting with other ways of singing, it fully reflects on the record. i hope he is proud of his versatility and of what he's done for the past months up until now. now that his new baby is out in the world, i hope he doesn't look back and embraces all the love coming from within and from outside
