How do you work with the tumblr image size limitations on the dashboard? Like everytime i try to post my photos, all the quality gets compressed, and only when you tap open the photos, do you see the full quality.
I noticed your photos don't do that, and look just as good on the dashboard as when i open them up. (Oh and yeah! they're beautiful!)
Like Dimensions you work in for tumblr posts, and ppi?
i usually save my photos after post production at 500ppi

Secondly, it's funny you say my photos don't do that because I constantly notice how they're compressed (especially on my laptop which has higher display resolution than my desktop monitor that I use to edit my photos, so the photos look prettier to me when I upload them and then I'm all eww when I see them later 😅).
I must admit, I've never paid attention to pixel density (unless it's a commission or something), so it's usually whatever's the default. I'm not on my computer that has Photoshop, so I can't check right now. I wanna say 300ppi for RAW files? I might be saving them in good ol' 72ppi, for all I know. 😆I mean, as far as I know, ppi doesn't matter on web, only when you're printing the photo.
Speaking of dimensions, god, I'm all over the place with that, too. 😅 I used to upload 500px photos in my early tumblr days, then a bit larger and larger. Now, if it's landscape, it's usually 1000px × 667px or 1000px × 664px depending on camera I've used, or 600px x 900px or 600px x 904px, if it's portrait. But, honestly, one day I'll feel like 1080px or 1800px, you never know. 😆 I, however, never upload the original size.
