I really liked your plush toys of Max and his dad! At the end of August I'm going to order custom version of Goofy and redeemed Pete from local company that makes custom stuffed toys but I have question - in what form should I ask them to sew? Should they be fully dressed to complete the look or is it better to sew them without clothes to save money?
If you can sew, then you can possibly save money by making their own clothes. You can even have flexibility with outfit options that way. But if you want to save time and keep yourself from getting possible frustration and stress from the work, I’d order them with clothes. ^^
Personally, I prefer unclothed dolls and plushies. I’d buy an unclothed Goofy or Lily plush in a heartbeat. Dress up will be endless! I have over 10 years of experience in making doll clothes and costumes for myself to cosplay <3
Ultimately it’s up to you and your time/finances. You have a cool project and I hope it goes well!

I have! I watched the panel via livestream and even recorded my reaction. I had a deep feeling that we could play as Donald and Goofy. Seeing it come true, and the beautiful trailer, made me emotional.

So yeah! Mario and Ash were my first fictional crushes but they didn’t last long enough for me to start drawing my oc because I was a kid lol. I feel nothing romantic for any of them now, except for Goofy, but I still like them as favs! Especially the Transformers and robots ^^
I was talking about this in my server on vc yesterday…
I have certain pain meds that can leave me feeling a little depressed after taking them. Sometimes I just have a sad mood or depression for other reasons too. And usually my interest in Goofy fades away and I want nothing to do with drawing him or shipping.
He manages to come back, sometimes strongly at first, then mellows out to a normal level. I love those moments because things feel right and I feel airy and giddy. I think this goes for everyone who has depression and has their interests affected by it.
Depression is weird and awful. It’s okay if you have to deal with it and you aren’t alone. Give yourself time and grace. And it’s okay if a F/O fades or changes to something new.
