Guys, with everything going on, if you need help go to the nearest social worker. I know it’s weird, and trusting people that are apart of the system is shit, but they literally are not allowed to judge you and they’re completely free. And hey, if they’re assholes, you get the cathartic experience of reporting them, because they’re literally not allowed to be. They aren’t allowed to turn you away and they aren’t allowed to report you. They will find you help and resources for free, I promise.

I see this going around a bit so here’s some more words of advice. Emergency rooms are also not allowed to turn people away regardless of you have money or not. Places you can find social workers are in hospitals, homeless shelters, community outreach programs, veterans affairs offices, and universities. Even if the social worker you find doesn’t specialize in the help you are seeking, still ask because they can help direct you to where you need to go. You can get food, water, medical help, or mental crisis help. More even. Just remember there are places you can go, don’t give up yet
