Translating abilities into Forsaken ^o^ (feel free to skip it)

{READER} would probably be a survivor of the survivalist class.

Ability 1, Ink Weapon: {READER} carries around a weapon that allows them to spray ink around the map, sadly and unlike in turf wars, there's a limit of how much ink they leave behind (like John Doe's trail)

Ability 2, Switching Forms:

Swim, allows {READER} to climb in the ink covered surfaces, locomote faster, and for a short period on lad before returning to their usual form.

Super Jump, while on squid form, reader can use Sumper Jump to launch themselves towards teammates from long distances. Also works with Builderman's sentries (like with the squid beacons).

Noob

The first interaction was difficult, it was understandable to be confused, especially since you didn't seem to understand what she and the others were saying, neither could survivors understand you. (and you had a weapon, unconventional, but still a weapon).

During matches, Noob wishes they had an ounce of the courage you have, sometimes it does seem like recklessness. The amount of times they saw you running away from the Killer and teasing them while being a scratch away from dying is too many

Speaking of matches, team work with you often ends very well, your abilities might be the ones of a survivalist, but that doesn't seem to matter to you! Noob was once having trouble with a Killer, most of the sentinels were too far or injured to help, only for you to arrive and decide to keep annoying and sabotaging the killer's chase until they eventually changed targets towards you.

Finds you kind of cute, have you ever seen an inkling/octoling smiling? It's adorable! Noob also loves your squid/octo form, it makes her want to hug you, but I think hugging a slippery cephalopd wouldn't really work. And your language sounds so cool, she just hopes you're saying nice things.

Depending on how close you two are, the time spent together makes Noob kind of used to a squid falling straight onto tell as if it fell from the sky, and sometimes he's even able to catch you in their arms! He would've hugged you, if not for the fast approaching Killer.

Probably one of the survivors that is weirdly used to being covered in ink, it was to make his son happy, okay?

But your ability can be quite troublesome for him when he's trying to escape from the Killer using his clones, being invisible doesn't do much to help when you're covered in extremely colorful ink.

Makes sure you don't feel bad about it though, you had good intentions and it's just part of your ability, do try to be more mindful of where you're leaving it behind.

But he's not the only one having trouble, it's not very fun to super jump towards him in the wrong moment when he's about to teleport away and there's no ink around, ouchies.

I feel like he'd be inclined to trying to figure out inkling language, taking notice of repeated sounds you make and trying to make sense of what each of these things mean. And he even thought of trying to speak some words, but then he felt embarrassed of himself and gave up, he'll just write and try to ask you about it while praying you'll understand.

Also very interested in how your weapon works, what do you mean you can "splat" other inklings/octoling with this? Does that hurt? I mean, it was mentioned walking in enemy's ink is gross for you.

Veeronica

I can totally see her being the one who showed you around, and was somewhat able to understand you. I just feel like this {reader} would have quite a bit in common with Vee.

Not just like 007n7, I just imagine her being able to figure out the stuff you mean at the moment, not perfectly, but she's a good translator for both parties.

Maybe the Specter put a limit in your abilities for more than just fairness reasons, if it didn't, the maps would probably be covered in grafitti and ink.

She loves calling you "squid kid" or "octo kid" depending on what you are. Over all, you two get along like you two were friends since years when you actually met in this strange realm.

Sometimes worries for your behavior against Killer, from one side, wow you've got guts, but from the other side, stop making the killer want to kill you for reasons beyond just match duty-

I imagine Vee having a graffiti of your squid/octopus form, as time passes, these cephalopods seem to be giving her a lot of inpiration lately.

Shedletsky

Finds you funny, like, he just finds you a silly thing. Kind of, this one might be specific, Danny's reaction to babybugbug. What I mean is, you don't really look usual to robloxians, but he likes your looks! The tentacle hair, the round eyes and funny teeth, cool as hell if you ask him!

"Yooo look at this little freak!" (affectionate) he says while holding your squid/octopus form.

Also picks up on the sounds you make, expect him to say something like "woomy!" just because he liked how it sounded. He doesn't get inkling language, but he's able to discern what some things might mean.

Joins you in teasing the Killer, usually helping by stunning them so you have time to super jump away and let him take it from there. It's also his way of making sure you get away safely and get aid from a support.

Also gives you itens, mostly bloxy-colas, he loves seeing an already fast squid/octopus getting even faster with it. Now there's no way the killer is catching up to you with that much speed!

Can squids/octopus eat chicken? that question leads to many others like: does your squid people cities have chicken restaurants? How are these cities, are they even in Robloxia? He needs answers now.

If he had learned about turf wars before being forsakened, I'm afraid he would've demanded for a similar experience to be created in robloxia, he's already a master of swords, and thinks he could totally get the hang of these ink weapons you use (probably a brush user, maybe painbrush? Also splatanas, specifically wiper)

Guest 1337

Not exactly sure of what to think, you don't seem violent nor dangerous, but he knows better than to go by looks.

He finds you quite reckless, even more than other survivors like Chance, but Chance has the explanation of being a sentinel, he finds you more of a survivalist so yeah, he believes you need to learn when to retreat.

He actually got used to you surperjumping to others, and if you happen to choose him, he's able to catch you with no problem (after you acidentally scared him quite a few times. What's that in the sky, a bird, a plane? WRONG! squid nuke).

If Shed isn't there, it's probably him taking the responsability of making sure you're still alive by the end of the match.

Not a fan of how you seem to be so unafraid of what you SHOULD be afraid. But he does respect how much effort you put into team work and how resilient you are.

So, he does scold you often, but he will give you credits when things end up well. Guest won't lie to himself, he finds your behavior charming, and your cheers are definitely able to lift up the teams' spirits.

Two Time

Divine squid? No?? For real, okay... D:

I find a fun little idea that you happened to meet Two Time during a match, by superjumping towards them for whatever reason and since they weren't familiar with your abilities, nor expecting something like that, the first explanation for the colorful squid that fell from the sky was... The spawn. It's a sign! It must be one!!

So, that's how imagine the start of some confusing curiosity they developed for you.

Two Time wants to learn how you ended up here, probably difficult, but they're very determined after the conclusion that this squid being is a Spawn sent creation.

Also tries to somehow decipher inkling language, writing down words, often trying to interact with you, and paying attention to how you react to things or even asking you to write something in that dialect.

Another one with an ability that might not work well with yours, again, you can't really hide well when you're stained with colorful ink. But they don't really complain, nor make a comment, even if you try to apologize for accidentally exposing their hiding spot, Two Time just... gets better at avoiding getting in the way of your abilities. (See that, 007n7? Get good🔥🔥/J)

Looks at your squid form like you're some kind of mystical creature, but it does get a little more... casual? Two Time's weird admiration is there but now is just more subdued due to how often you two see each other.

Chance

He finds you a fun person... squid/octopus, the ink staining his suit is kind of a bummer but he's been throught worse.

Kind of jealous that your weapon doesn't backfire, not serious though, it's just- What do you mean you can get away with teasing and getting cocky with the Killer without the possibility of having your face exploded... His weapon is still kind of cooler (liar).

Like Shedletsky, They also join in during chases. But it's more of a thing where you two either get away laughing, or a matter of time until either their gun explodes, or you end up getting hit by the Killer's abilty and flopping out of your ink puddle while still in squid/octo form like a fish out of water.

What if they gave you their riffle, you seem to have fun with your paintball- Sorry, turf weapon*, so why not give you an actual riffle? Okay, maybe not the best idea. How about him try your weapon instead? Pretty please! (totally a shooter user, specifically N-ZAP '89 or Jet Squelcher)

Likes playing with your hair, he finds it's texture funny. How exactly do you squid people style it, now he's curious.

Tbh, this one is also specific, but I think that maybe Chance would get along better with an octoling, do you guys see my vision? Not that they wouldn't be as close with an inkling, but since octolings seemed to have a sense of distrust when integrated into society, if {reader} still has some traces of that left in their personality, Chance would be perhaps more incline to learn about your past and let you know about theirs in return, that will take a while though.

Would 100% gamble on splatfest results.

Elliot

Ever since you've arrived, he didn't have to worry about healing different survivors at the same time! Now he had to constantly worry about you not dying, and also catching up to you whenever you just jump somewhere else before the Killer decides HE is a better target.

Also the one you'll probably be jumpíng towards the most, at this point he's more than used to the distant the fast approaching "yippee!" sound coming from above him. Yep, there you are, looking like you've been throught hell and back but somehow still standing like this is just another Tuesday (it kind of is in this realm).

Always trying to be far from your weapon's range, it can't hurt him, nor he minds his shirt being stained, already used to it. But what he is worried about, is the ink getting onto the pizza, doesn't seem like a good idea to eat pizza with ink sauce.

You're a handful to him almost as much as you are to the Killers, but Elliot admits he's attached, you're always giving everything your all and he remembers well all the times you've decided to try to rescue him from the hunter when there were no sentinels around.

If he ever discovers about turf wars, he'll need details about the pizza vs burguers splatfest.

Dusekkar

I main him, and I have this headcanon that Dusekkar gets bothered when he's about to zap a survivor to buff them but they just move out of his aim suddenly.

Now imagine trying to do that to a squid/octopus, already hidden in a puddle of ink of the same color as them, moving fast as hell and doing random curves to avoid the Killer. Please, please try to run straight just so he can give you a speed buff.

They're okay with you though, you give them trouble sometimes, but you're a good teammate and competent enough despite reckless behavior. They're there to pull you back before you can try to find the hunter without being healed first.

Or just to keep you away from Two Time, if you're really not from Robloxia, that person is NOT a good influence to have in a foreign place if you ask Dusekkar. But I feel like {reader} would have no problem from just sneaking away to do whatever they feel like doing.

Like Vee, he tries to give you advice and teach you anything you might still not understand. You're his trusty minion now, kind of.

Builderman

He's part of the group "trying to figure out what {reader} is saying", he has some theories, but Builderman admits he's better at understanding how the weapons you have work and what kind of tecnology you have that might give an idea of where you're from.

You seem somewhat familiar with his sentries, have you seen something similar where you came from? Give him the details. If {reader} still has access to sub weapons, Builderman would definitelly try to take a better look at the ones that are machines.

Whenever you two are together in a match, Builderman makes sure to put down some sentries in locations that will be useful for you to jump towards.

Seeing you in matches makes him feel like he's seen someone act the same way before, and when Shedletsky joins in, yeah, he already knows why.

At some point called you a Shedletsklyling, but his more common nicknames for you are stuff like: squid kid or just kid, octo girl/boy/bud (?? we need a short term for us they/them s)

Overall, he's not worried as much about you, not that he doesn't care, he's just used to it. But he will always be making sure you remember when it's the time to escape, because he already has a sentry set for you.

Taph

Probably hides his tripmines in the ink you leave around the map after noticing how often you end up leading the killers towards them.

Taph really likes you. I imagine {reader} using splat bombs with Taph, they probably don't really have much effect like Taph's since it's not your main weapon, but it's still fun, plus, Taph likes the funny sounds you make!

I imagine Taph often cheering for you, in their own silent way, but they try to make matches better for you, even if you're confident about it if, being on your last 10 hp isn't great.

So Taph makes sure to save medkits for you and give you a little headpat whenever you stop by them after a chase.

After he sets up his traps, Taph sometimes will try to find you just so he can offer some support so you can last longer, leaving bloxy-colas for you to grab and throwing tripmines at the Killer.

Jason/Slasher

Does not enjoy having to deal with your abilities, not a fun experience to have to step into the colorful ink you leave around the map in his opinion, not to mention how you hide in them before jumping away.

(It's okay, his hitbox can probably reach you while you're in the air).

You two speak in a way that your fellow Survivors/Killers don't really understand. "Ye-squi-wy!", "kikiki.. ma...ma", what are these guys yapping about... Would be fun if {reader} and Jason actually understood each other to have full conversations while everyone else is just confused.

I'm pretty sure he's (specifically in Slasher's page on the wiki) mentioned to not kill kids or animals, so I imagine him ignoring {reader} while in their squid form, since it kind of is an animal.

C00lkkidd (Platonic)

Yeah, he's not focused whenever you're in the match, why chase around people who sometimes cheat? When now this kid has puddles that look like they came out straight out of a Nickelodeon TV show to roll around on.

It's colorful and it's kind of slime, seems like something an 11 year old would like. So, yeah, you're now stuck with C00lkidd to make sure he gets to have his fun, better than being burned by his abilities or having a brick thrown at you head.

C00lkidd does have trouble after his playtime is over, walking around like that is difficult so he's slip a few times and there's a chance that, instead of just getting up and continuing on his way, he will fall on the floor and actually get upset, good luck helping the giant red kid cheer up.

Finds you weapons super cool, it reminds him of paintball! He never really played that, but now he wishes he could!

If he gets his hands on you while you're still in squid/octo form, C00lkidd is carrying you around like a new plushie he decided was his friend now.

And won't like at all if you try to jump away, why are you running? He didn't want to play tag right now!! But it's okay, he's going to get you, he's great at that game!

John Doe

Again, this is kinda canon compliant for the sake of the hcs.

It's difficult for John Doe to have an opinion on someone when he met them in his current state.

But I do think Doe is one of the Killers that doesn't really join in on some kind of competition, as much as being taunted can annoy him and sometimes make him more violent while not on his right consciousness. John Doe himself doesn't seem like someone who would be competitive about it like Noli or 1x4.

I imagine John Doe would feel a little bad if he ended up being a little too harsh on you, not that you're weak or anything, he as a Killer knows that already. But I just imagine he'd have some type of guilt about killing a person who's smaller than the everage robloxian, wich he already is taller than too. But it's not like he can do much about that.

During some moments of consciousness mid-match, he will find himself holding you up by your arm (or tentacle if in you're in your second form), just to end up staring at you for a moment, his hold loosening up a little before he's back to his corrupted self.

Noli

He isn't all that worried about how you might affect his matches. You can jump away, but that's okay, he'll just teleport to a nearby generator.

While you pick on other hunters sometimes, he picks on you whenever he's able to get you. Probably not possible, but maybe Noli would play parts of Splatoon songs, I totally see him playing a part of Nasty Majesty (wich I hc as his personal favorite, in some universe Noli is a Pearl fan) or Calamari inkantation.

Also gives you nicknames, some are okay, some are a little meaner when you've given him more trouble than usual during a match. Especially if you try to interrupt his chases by throwing ink at him, he doesn't like that at all.

Overall, I think at some point you two would end up having some kind of personal rivalry going on that now isn't just for the sake of match duty. It's also a competition with a lot of taunting from both sides.

1x1x1x1

The first thing that popped up in my mind while reading the req was that one meme with the lion and the monkey, you two are basically ragebaiter x ragebaited. I'm sorry-

She hates your guts, and your teasing doesn't make it any better, "Squeed-wee!" She knows where you live.

Overall, it's amusing to imagine someone like 1x4 beefing with a squid person half their size. They get 10x more competitive if you're in the match, and even outside of them if you're involved. What I mean is, they want to be your main rival, so other Killers having some kind of beef with you will have to be reminded that THEY are you're main enemy. Dramatic much?

Also, they don't like when you're with Shedletsky at all, they dislike both of you, and you two ganging up on them makes 1x4's blood boil.

Though he does like when you give trouble to other killers, for him it's a way to prove to others that he's totally justified in beefing with someone whose weapon just throws colorful ink at enemies.

She can make comments about you after being able to defeat you, but that's it. Noli and 1x4 often end up in arguments (those often cause by Noli himself) after Noli calls himself "{reader}'s actual main rival".

Mafioso

Yeah, he knows you very well before you even encounter him, why? Because his goons kept complaining about how the ink on the ground would get on their shoes and make them slip or get slower. Seeing his men falling on the ground due to some colorful ink that you could easily see on the hands of a toddler made him audibly sigh in disappointment.

It also stained one of his favorite coats, so Mafioso wasn't exactly having fun with the changes you were doing around the maps.

Though, your behavior makes him get into the chase, to see for how long you can keep that attitude up. And it turns out that you can for a long, LONG time.

I imagine him picking you up like you pick up a cat by their scruff y'know, even when you're in your normal form, giving you a judging look after making him chase you all the way throught the map with his goons.

I feel like if you're a umbrella user (maybe splatanas too but mostly the brellas), he'd quite like your weapon, the undercover brella just matches his vibe so well. And I see Mafioso as someone who likes when his weapons are just as stylish as he is.

I think I spent almost 2 weeks without writing. sorry! But basically I took a step away for mental health reasons and also because of school n j*b lol wwwwww
