for us, the transmisogynised and abjected, my love there is no end to what we might call ourselves, or do, or be, save what we find in our hearts when we look. anything you want. its yours.

the outside of manhood is the transmisogynised - understood by power as those who (bc cAMAB) continue to require masculinising violence in order to become the men they should be. when boys are subject to masculinising violence, it is a ward against their becoming-trannies. boys are nonetheless a part of this outside (yes, even the cis ones), along with trans girls, and others besides. its not the identity category that matters, its the organisation of masculinising violence against us. basically my only quibble is that a boy is not a trans girl because you dont need to be a trans girl to be a tranny.

this is why i favour terms “transmisogynised” and “transmisogynisation”, because rather than identifying with some putative positive “femininity” we look to the negative, to transmisogyny and to transmisogynisation as institutional process broader than those of us who feel ourselves to be feminine, women, etc. this allows us to focus on our oppression and opposition to it rather than suggesting a positive collective identity. (yhis ties up with the gender abolition again). but this is a precision point. i like the vocabulary of transfeminisation just fine.
