You can absolutely tell the people who have read the books and those who have not when they use AI to create Wicked 3 posters. Elphaba's son is not green. If he was, she would not have spent the time after she woke from a grief-induced coma wondering if the child with her was hers.

More to the point, Liir is a literal orphan by the time of Son of a Witch. Elphaba and Fiyero are dead.

They already had to change so much of the first book to make it the broadway/west end show it is today. The film is the entire MUSICAL over 3/4 hours. Not the BOOK

It's been a while since I've read wicked but since I got the new graphic novel I've been reminded that Liir came out as a pasty white kid which has always been perplexing to me. Yeah I know genetics are weird and they can do that but he's not even a little tan, like a little.

The graphic novel fixes this a little by making him tanner when he gets older but even then they whitewashed Fiyero in the first one so it's still confusing.

Anyways new competitor for book accurate for some reason white Liir lookalike if I didn't like Marble Hornets y'all would never see my head cannon be proud.

Update because I haven't posted in a while yeah uhh

I'm still into wicked, it's just mostly the books now that the wicked hype is kinda over. I'm just very tired of listening to the songs on that musical at the moment, which is upsetting because that album got me out of a depression but burnout is burnout.

I'm more into the slenderverse nowadays however, I'm very into Marble Hornets and EverymanHYBRID and I'm writing fanfiction on a separate page on Tumblr. Also I actively wanna create a slenderverse series so if that ever comes into fruition check that out

Yeah I'm not gonna be doing any son of a witch rock opera any time soon, maybe when I actually become a director I'll make a son of a witch movie before anyone else gets to it but other than that uhhh ermmmm.

Breaking out of my hiatus to say that it's literally impossible to get Liir Thropp on Akinator. Like on the first try, it's literally impossible. I was able to get him on the second try after about 2 hours of trying, and it was literally a character that you could get a black token for, and I was denied one because I had to do it twice. What the fuck. Also, it's impossible to get Fritz the Cat and Robert Crumb on there too, and apparently, you can get a candle on there good luck on that, holy shit.

Either say that Elphabas a terrible mother or Liirs a terrible son without keeping in mind that none of them considered each other family until Liir had his daughter.

Whitewash both Fiyero and Liir!!!

Don't acknowledge that Elphaba was in love with Glinda and Fiyero at different points in her life.

Don't acknowledge everyone in Wicked, is wicked.

Steven Schwartz has announced his next oz musical is gonna be focusing on ozma and the wizard of Oz universe instead of Son of a Witch and the Wicked universe.

I'm not angry, I like ozma. It could be worse, it could be solely about glinda and how good she is. This has only made me influenced to make Son of a Witch a Lynchian rock opera...

I am currently making a Son of a Witch discord where we could not only discuss but you can put in applications to work on it. The script, the songs, the artwork, etc...
