i cant decide if repetition of similar phrases in different contexts is poetic or lazy writing :/ thoughts?

I make an effort to acknowledge my girlfriend. I make an effort to acknowledge the subtle signs, the little things she doesn't verbalize. I acknowledge that when she's sad, she uses less emojis. I acknowledge that when she's happy, she says "I love you" first. I acknowledge that she always responds to me. I acknowledge that she brags about our matching profile pictures. I love my girlfriend. :) I acknowledge that my girlfriend seems a little distracted recently. I acknowledge that she has a busy life, and I accept that she's not able to respond to me right now. I acknowledge that my girlfriend is trying her best. I love my girlfriend.. I acknowledge that she added a new friend to the group chat. Maybe she goes to college with her! I acknowledge that she's busy, after all.. I acknowledge that they seem to know each other well. I acknowledge that my girlfriend changed her profile picture. Maybe she got tired of that photo..? I acknowledge that this new acquaintance is also excited about a girlfriend. How sweet! I'm happy for her.. I love my girlfriend, too.. I make an effort to acknowledge my friend. I acknowledge that she decided she wasn't ready to date, yet. Maybe she's focusing on college.. I acknowledge that she calls this new friend honey. I acknowledge that this new friend is a little more than a new friend, to my other "new friend." I loved my girlfriend. Maybe I should have acknowledged her a little more.
