Viewing "myself" constantly in 3rd person pov. However, I never look like myself (the primary). Do I look like my parts that I've known for 6 years? Not all the time. I can look like parts I don't know. Parts I cannot communicate with for whatever reason, even when co-fronting. Not knowing their names, their purpose. Parts that are just observing the world, that are in control of my body. There seems to be more of these unknown parts than my known ones. Maybe I got triggered by something I wasn't aware of. Maybe I just woke up dissociated. Maybe my mind decided to do it because that's what it deems normal. This is my normal. This is what Dissociative Identity Disorder can look like, too. Need to normalize this experience, more.
